Hotel Hacienda San Cristobal

Peaceful environment with attentive staff.Enjoyed the steam room, jacuzzi, and massage. The food was good and the service was great. Very helpful and friendly front office and ground staff. Room was presented clean daily and enjoyed the in room jacuzzi.

The bed was a bit too firm and the staff did not inform foreign visitors about using a canasta which caused some back up problems with the toilet.

The service was remarkable. We paid for a double room but was upgraded to a King. They gave us a room away from the city center noises. Everything was better than we had hoped for.

Swimming pool, cinema, spa areas, reception and staff friendliness. Great barman and waiters. Photogallery areas. Garden. Silence for a good sleep.

Smell from drainage or water fountains recycled water. Dark rooms. Window frames dirty. White led illuminnation not suitable for a 5 stars hotel in the roooms nor the restaurant.

Hacienda San Cristobal is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing and the amenities are top notch. Have stayed here many times and it never disappoints.

I loved everything. It’s my favorite place to stay when visiting family in Guanajuato.

Everything! The staff is excellent, the grounds are beautiful and the restaurant is fantastic. I've come here several times with my family and we always have a great experience.

General status of the rooms seems like forgotten Breakfast was awful and very expensive

The hotel is beautifully designed and is in a quaint and quiet area in the countryside. The bed was large and very comfortable with ample pillows for the two of us. The hotel room was very clean and quiet and a very good size. There is a wonderful spa on site, which you must pay extra for, but we have used it many times before and is well worth it. Breakfast is included and there was a good selection of traditional Mexican food. The coffee was to die for

I was a little disgruntled that i was not able to get the room that i requested, but i didnt have to lose any money. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The swimming pool is a little small and too overlooked by the rooms that are extremely close by.

architectural beautiful and spacious. lots of areas where you could sit and drink something. everything you need restaurant and cafees are on the premises. Room was perfect.

Beautiful grounds. The breakfast was wonderful, a mix of traditional Mexican foods and yogurts, fruits and breads. The staff was very kind. We plan to return!

Wi-Fi didn’t not work very well. A few nights it was out completely and when we could connect it was very slow. One night a movie was left on in the cinema room right below our hotel and it kept my husband awake.

The place itself is awesome and the surroundings are beautiful. Spa is super but jacuzzi didn’t work properly. It cool they have bicycles for free and you can go and explore the crops around.

The food options n the restaurant are minimum, I’m vegetarian they only had salad and one chilli without meat. Its 21 century, they should have more options. In the town there is nothing to eat either. So we had to go to leon to buy pizza ??‍♀️?And the receptionists are not friendly at all

It was awesome rustic look ranch with a lot of history and culture but rest off the staff was super friendly

one thing in the dinner we had a coffee cup with lipstick Not very high gene especially in pandemic times. front desk was not that friendly
