Hotel La Torre San Francisco

They are remodeling the hotel and is an excellent hotel to stay at

The only problem is that every time you want to take a shower you have to call them to drain the water lines to be able to get hot water other than that it¿s eight excellent hotel

The hotel was very clean, in a central area and looked liked it has been recently remodeled. Overall the hotel was very clean and new.

We did not like that there are NO elevators,and we had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves 2 flights of stairs. That part was very uncomfortable. The parking was part of a shopping center which made it difficult to find parking.

It was very well centered, close to everything.

Parking security guard resigned during my stay I was not able to get my vehicle out after 9 pm.

Nothing I liked

The shower floor still had hairs from who knows who, phone was not working, the hot water didn't work

Clean, confortable, and centrally located

Hotel is in a great central location walking distance to everything and includes gated parking with easy in and out access They did great accommodating late night check in as well. Rooms were clean but small. No elevator so it was 4 flights of stairs to carry baggage to the room. 2 flights from parking to entry level and then another 2 flights to the room.

We paid extra for the room with a jacuzzi style tub but unfortunately there was little to no hot water so it couldn’t be used. We called to reception a few times asking why there wasn’t hot water and they would tell us to wait 20 min but that didn’t help. I would get some warm water for like 1 min of my shower but the rest was pretty cold wake me up water! We stayed 3 days and had the same problem each day. When I mentioned to the front desk we were disappointed we couldn’t use the jacuzzi because there was no hot water they didn’t offer anything to compensate for that which I felt they should have offered to remove the extra charge for that. Also the city noise starts about 8am if you are sensitive to noise you should be aware of that. For us it didn’t bother us because the central location made up for the noise.

The room was clean with working AC. Room had everything we expected.

No iron. AC unit a bit noisy but not enough to prevent us sleeping.

Friendly staff very helpful

The lights went off 2 times in our room and found 2 Cockroaches in our room. Other then those 2 issues the room was perfect!
