Breakfast was a great every morning, our server Diana was a pleasure. Beautiful views and very comfortable. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Treated us like beyond expectations.

One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in. Everything was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer, wish we could take every piece of art and furniture home... :)Breakfast was excellent, rooftop bar and restaurant have the best views and great servers.Service was top notch.Location is the best in town.Totally worth the money.

My wife and I stayed at Casa 1810 Hotel Boutique for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special — they truly spoiled us! We were greeted with complimentary drinks, surprised with a beautiful room upgrade, and received incredible help arranging everything from private transportation from the airport to a local photographer for our honeymoon session.The hotel itself is absolutely magical — every corner feels elegant and full of character. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views and delicious food, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day in San Miguel de Allende. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, blending luxury with authentic charm.We also loved the art gallery at the entrance — such a unique touch that adds to the hotel’s creative and vibrant atmosphere.Casa 1810 exceeded all our expectations. If you’re visiting San Miguel de Allende, especially for a romantic getaway or special occasion, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

That we had to leave too soon.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location, just walking to the main city center. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and the rooms were gorgeous. The restaurant was excellent, especially the salads. The view from the rooftop was superb, and the waiters and waitresses were extremely kind.

Great made to order breakfast, also very good coffee. Great location to explore San Miguel. One of the best restaurants in the city with great city views right on site.

Distinctive arquitecture, nicely appointed room, comfortable bed and pillows, well dotted and clean bathroom. Superb service and fantastic food.Excellent location.

Breakfast was included with our reservation. We were charged additional money for a simple breakfast - two fried eggs with avocado and turkey ham; only regular coffee was provided, expresso was an extra charge. it was unpleasant surprise for $480/night stay, in other hotels in Mexico this simple breakfast was provided without any problem. The hotel is located on pedestrian street, the place to load/unload luggage is located off the busy intersection might not be accessible if another car is loading/unloading. Call hotel to ensure the parking spot is provided.

The rooms are interior with no windows other than french doors into an enclosed, open courtyard so they are dark. Lighting in the room was "subtle".

Loved everything about the property. Great location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was beautiful and the restaurant was great. The location is superb.

The only negative I can think of is the room lighting could have an option for it to be brighter.

This is a beautiful hotel that feels very much like home. The staff was top notch and the overall experience was incredible. The room was very elegant, clean and spacious.

The security guards talked loudly outside my window before dawn at 5am waking me up several mornings until I complained.

Location was central to the best restaurants and sites. The hotel lives up to its boutique name. Staff were wonderful, sincere, and caring. Certainly, a considerable effort and expense went into renovations.

The quality of service at its rooftop restaurant was sub par but that was countered by excellent food and view.

I love this hotel. It is the second time we stayed here. The location is super convenient, the staff are kind and super attentive. The deluxe room was worth it, the room was quiet for the most part. The food was great as well.

The breakfast was large and tasty, which was included in the room. I remember it being a bit more 2 years ago, more Mexican cuisine and things like water and a latte were not extra.
