Liked the garden decorations.Very clean,ladies were always cleaning. More cons than pros. Sample,seems like somebody was hitting a wall,some night stronger than others.I've call the attention to the staff,nobody returned to me.Bathroom/rooom distribution

so weird.Steps,between bed n bathroom,foot got stuck between bed and step,very dangerous.Breakfast,hmmm,no comment.Emailed prior to trip,nobody replied Bottom line,you get what you paid. Beautiful SM de Allende,nice people,very clean,enjoyed trip around

The location is good and has a very nice parking!

The rooms have no a/c witch is ok. But the windows barely open and the rooms are like caves with no circulation at all! Really poor ventilation! They place a fan inside the room but there is no place where for the fan to take air from.

Queen bedrooms should be available. Our first room did not have a desk. TV reception is very bad. Rooms were cold.

Staff are very accommodating. Friendly and informative.No air conditioning in rooms and fan originally provided was not adjustable (speed and circulation) and very loud.Location was ok, in a residential neighborhood Breakfast is consisted of coffee, fruits, some oats and yogurt

No air conditioning nor ceiling fans in roomsWe asked to be moved to another room after the first night because it was unbearably hot and asked for a quieter fan that we could adjust. They accommodated our request. There was a dead bug on the bathroom shower sill that was never removed in our entire stay which made us think that they were not cleaning the shower

The room would be more comfortable if it had A/C (it does specify it didn't have A/C)You get wet going from the elevator to your room in the last floor if it's raining

The staff went out of its way to help us with the language barrier they wanted to make sure we could get around safely and find our way back. They just went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time.

Would have preferred to know in advance that it was not air conditioned. But the rooms have fans in them and the weather was a cool 70 the whole time we were there so it was good.

I like the location and the price was very reasonable

The bread didn't taste very good in the Continental Breakfast. But it was included in the stay.

The room we had was very warm and there is no air conditioner and the beds could be more comfortable

I asked for a very quiet room. The room I got was absolutely silent. I slept so well. I could not have been more pleased. It was also spacious, comfortable, great wifi, comodious bathroom and walking distance to everything I wanted to do.

The breakfast was just okey.

Clean room with view to patio in a historical building. There were beds, night tables, a dresser, but no chairs. Solid walls to neighboring rooms, thus little noise transmission. Public areas of hotel were very nicely kept up and appealing because of their historical flair. I slept well and felt safe.

The older male receptionist could have been more forthcoming by granting my request for a quiet room. They had assigned a room facing the street, and he laconically said that there always was noise going on in SMA. Yet, they had available rooms facing the patio at my arrival, and it took some pushing to change me to a different room. Furthermore, be aware that there is no hotel-provided transportation from the bus station to their place.

A lovely hotel. Beautiful patio and very nice rooms. The "desayuno ligero" light breakfast was included and was perfect. Yogurt, fruit and bread.

The internet connection is not the greatest. I talked with a couple of people and the higher the floor, the worse the connection. I would go to the lobby to connect. The hotel is at the very edge of the historic district, which I liked, but others might prefer something closer to the main square

Very friendly and helpful staff, big comfortable, and quiet room. The location is very close to many things to do. Parking is included. I had an very happy stay.

I really can't think of anything negative

Location is good, breakfast was abundant and delicious, coffee smelled amazing and it is feasible for people with car, lots of space to park

I think toilets need to be renewed but they were cleaned and worked

Good breakfast. Nice staff in the restaurant. Quaint hotel with folksy decor. Hotel is walking distance to all things in the city centre. Nice sitting areas in the courtyard.

The hotel is located on a busy street (only during the day), so we couldn't open the windows because of the noise and bus fumes. Room pricing is strange; it costs way more to have one queen bed in the same-sized room that has 2 doubles. So we slept in separate beds (the room with the doubles), and the hotel now have two sets of beds sheets to wash rather than one. Odd.

There was nothing to like.

The front desk staff were unpleasant and the location is on a very busy traffic corner. The noise from the street traffic was unbearable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Good location near restaurants and small stores. Continental breakfast was included.. we ate every morning. The grounds were beautiful and kept clean by staff.

There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom drain. Rooms have no heater but we did have blankets for cool nights.
