The grounds, thermal pools and guest rooms were all clean and very comfortable. It is a charming and tranquil resort.
. I cannot give the breakfast a good rating. The food was not very tasty and it was not hot enough. The coffee in Mexico is excellent and it was of a very poor quality at the hotel. For such a fine establishment I would expect excellent food and service. I would rate it as a 2 out of 10. This needs improvement and attention. Additionally the staff need to be more pleasant and engaging with their guests.

Thermal pools were warm and felt great day and night. Rooms were nice but basic and faced the pools. Property grounds were very pretty. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was wonderful!
Rooms were comfortable but had some issues. One room had a shower with a clogged drain so it turned into a ‘bath’. Another room had a non-working telephone so you couldn’t reach reception / room service. A third room had a non-functioning tv. Wi-fi was only available on the patios & common areas (not inside the rooms). There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel... but the hotel property itself is nice and about 15 minutes drive to downtown San Miguel de Allende.
