    Pros +

    • Great location and view. We stayed in the Bronce room and the balcony oversees the front entrance and view of the city. El Mirador was right around the corner and the hotel is within 5-15min walk of all site seeing and plenty of places to eat. The restaurant, Nuuk, is on the 3rd floor of the hotel which makes it convenient and provides a great view.
    • The staff and the facilities
    • The room, the cleanliness, the shower, the view.

    Cons -

    • This may not be common but during our visit the open hours of the restaurant varied which made it a bit inconvenient.
    • Too noisy. My room was down the rooftop and it was so noisy
    • A bit of noise, would have dogs barking or the church's tolls sounding like 5 am. Free water for the cost and type of hotel, the coffee maker with actual coffee, not coffee made.

I liked the how comfortable the bedding was. The room was in very good conditions and the decor was lovely, including the bathroom.

The bathroom smelled very bad and if the door was left open, the room smelled bad too. The staff did nothing about it. The location is a bit uncomfortable because it's a very steep, stone hill.

    7MiriamPosted on: 2-4-2025

Located on steep hill so not the most convenient. Breakfast started late @ 9:00am

Got a message each day about 8:30 that staff needed key to clean room from 8:00 - 11:00. Very odd especially since restaurant on site didn’t open till 9:00

    7DanielPosted on: 12-5-2024

Kindly personal, clean room, nice views to the downtown

Spider webs, sound from other rooms, small streets, located on a very steep street, the car can't go up the street

Amazing hotel, very clean and great attention to detail. Only a 10 minute walk from the city center.

Loud rooftop on top of the hotel and across the street if that bothers you it’s something to note.

    9BrookesPosted on: 7-17-2024

The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed and bedding so comfortable! It’s up a very steep hill which meant gorgeous views

The roof is still closed and there is no restaurant or any kind of food/beverage service

    10CastanedaPosted on: 4-1-2024

    Good view of town

Faucet was too high and sink too low and shallow, water would splash everywhere

We really enjoyed our room, it was clean, spacious, and comfy, The staff was very nice and apologetic about some situations that happened.

The cleaning lady opened our door in the morning, and the noise levels were really high, we didn't have an iron in our room, and the restaurant was never opened during our stay. They don't have coffee service, and although they have a coffee machine in the rooms, they can't provide you with coffee, the reason they gave us was that the coffe maker was only for heating water.

Staffs are nice. The rooms are in good size.

The rooftop restaurant looks nice. But they close at 7:00 pm so we didn’t have chance to enjoy it on Super Bowl Sunday.

A beautiful property. Amazing mattress and sheets; best nights sleep ever. Gigantic towels. Very welcoming staff

    9Maria P.Posted on: 2-19-2024

Excellent Hotel, comfortable beds, towels and amenities.

There is not parking lot although they offer one close by. It is up the hill so if you are walking from the main square you can take this into account.

Loved the Hotel decoration and hotel room. It is very comfortable with amazing views of the city at the terrace and restaurant. The food at the restaurant is definitely value for money. The hotel manager went above and beyond with costumer service.

There is no parking lot or valet parking. You have to walk to this parking facility through very narrow sidewalks for about 7 -10 minutes with your luggage. The hotel has an agreement with a public parking and charge a lower fee for the overnight stay.

Rooms very clean. Staff very serviceable .

The hill, too high.no microwave in rooms. The room l was charged for was given to somebody else. No compensation.

    10MiguelPosted on: 11-2-2023

A lot of details and art!

The hike up to get there but an amazing view

    10ZardoniPosted on: 9-12-2023

Beautiful property and excellent service , staff very friendly. Great views of the city

    6CookePosted on: 8-11-2023

No Breakfast—even though my research said they had a bar and restaurant. It closed. Would have made a huge difference. Because of the location going out for breakfast was a long and somewhat dangerous trip. SMA is known as the city of fallen women (and men) for a reason!

The room was small. Hard to estimate that from photos online. The biggest problem was hot water—there was hardly any water pressure and very little hot water. We had to let the water run for 10-15 minutes to get even warm water. A terrible waste of water.

    Rooms are nice

Restaurant was close and they didn't tell us in advanced.
