Hacienda de las Flores

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center. It was an older property but well maintained. It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally accommodating. Aleida In reception exchanged dollars for pesos multiple times without charging a fee.

Wonderful location. Relaxing and pretty courtyard. Friendly welcoming clientele. Helpful manager.

Some rooms much nicer than others but staff was open to room switches as they became available.

We loved our stay at Hacidena de las Flores! It's in an absolutely beautiful hacienda that looks even nicer than the photos. Our room was very large and spacious, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and TV with Netflix. We particularly enjoyed using the pool during the day which was heated, and the views of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. The property is in a great location and we felt like it was great value for the price we paid. We felt so relaxed here and would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful . We were there twenty years ago and it’s still the same minus the Pool.

Beds and pillows were a little worn. No heating so floors were very cold.

The location is great. The gardens are beautiful. It is an older hotel with old Mexican charm.

The price was too high for this older hotel.

Big size of the room, clean and confortable bed and sheets, clean room, good wifi, beautiful gardends and view from the room.

Cleaninless of shower floor not good. The hotel does not have 24 hrs parking lot. breakfast not good. Service during the breakfast by only 1 person, impossible to achive it by herlself, even when trying.

Location heated pool pretty surroundings

Property states a bar on the premises - not the case - drinks in a refrigerator and staff has to unlock and provide them for you - if you enjoy being sociable in the hotel this is not the case - more like an air bnb

The curtains were difficult to open & close.

Room with the view was fabulous - although the climb to get there was tough. An elevator would have bee nice

Breakfast was very disappointing- after fist morning we did breakfast outside the hotel on our own - much better.

What a hidden gem! We had the best view of the cathedral right out of our bedroom window, the Junior Suite is so worth it, the location perfect, walking distance to the cathedral and all shops. You will not be disappointed. Highly highly recommend this property

I liked everything.

We loved our stay at Hacienda de las Flores! The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and very close to the center — perfect location. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole place feels peaceful and well cared for. The staff was kind and helpful, and our kids really enjoyed the garden and pool. We’d definitely stay here again!

Not a big issue, just a comment — the parking is outside the hotel, since space is limited in the center, and you need to wait for the valet each time. Everything else was wonderful!

Charming, quiet , feel a bit luxurious without the big budget

The breakfast was good but need more variety, we stayed there for 4 days and we just alternated between various eggs dishes Wish they have a buffet style

Beautiful grounds, lovely pool, comfortable bed, very nice staff.

The location was great - easy to walk everywhere. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Wish I had brought my swim suit as the pool was heated. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was great and they were very accommodating and arranged taxi service to and from the airport.

no complaints at all - but we were surprised to learn that it’s immediately adjacent to the Plaza de Toros. A bullfight was scheduled during our stay. Noisy but we weren’t bothered by it.

It was absolutely beautiful! Clean, gorgeous structure and design. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous inside! Beautiful views of the city and church. The staff were so welcoming and warm. Great customer service! The pool was so clean and heated. They have complimentary breakfast, complementary hot tea in the lobby. They also have a little fridge with drinks alcohol obviously you have to pay for it but it’s super affordable. But it’s at your access 24 seven. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

Room coffee maker didn’t work. No hair dryers unless you ask for one

The staff was amazing, breakfast excellent, rooms are big and comfortable. The patio and pool are a most.

Internet was weak at the room. But work great in the garden and pool.
