Me gusto la decoracion del lobby

Esta ubicado lejos del pueblo se tiene que tomar taxi y hay que esperarlo bastante tiempo a que llegue, pedi cambio de cuarto por estar lejos y me dieron un cuarto muy ruidoso (calle empedrada atras) terrible¡¡¡ me parecio muy caro para lo que ofrece¡

The property it clean and stuff are super friendly

We stay on the street side and the traffic noise was loud however everything else was great ?

Very comfortable beds, nice pool, plenty of parking, over all luxurious experience. Short 10 minute drive to INM office.

Shower runs out of hot water fast. Not a big problem for us since we only take 5 minute showers.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.

We had an issue on our last night with some drunken guys. Security looked into this, but we did not feel safe as these people bothered us by knocking on the door all through the night. And the yellow light bulbs in rooms are horrible, you cannot see anything. Staff a little slow to serve meals.

Beautiful colonial style hotel. Loved the vaulted brick ceilings.

Bed was a little firm for me but that’s just my opinion.

It was very clean and staff at check in was helpful.

No access to ice or fresh coffee until 0730 hours.

Lobby, restaurant, bar, pool and rooms are nice and comfortable.

Not a lot of personnel, so the wait for everything was long, like in the restaurant, reception, for somebody to answer phone.The rooms that face the parking lot feel unsafe, anyone can go in. Security is not good. And there were guests that were loud, drinking, knocking on doors and frankly scared us, and we were scared and did let administration know as we were leaving. Security has to be better. And the yellow light bulbs are terrible, it made it hard to see. Also to turn tb on was too complicated and took forever.

The property was beautiful, it’s a few miles away from the main Zona Central , if you take a uber it’ll cost anywhere between 3-7$ there’s a store next door for water etc the breakfast buffet is decent. It’s next to a main road so if you’re sensitive to sleep bring earplugs .

The beds are a little hard but no big deal, the ac is a little wonky but nothing crazy for the value of the hotel

Nice facility. A resort.

Too far from town. EVERYTHING HAD AN EXTRA CHARGE. EVEN BOTTLED WATER BEYOND CHECK IN. MAIDS MISSED CLEANING ROOM AND WE HAD NO TOWELS NOR EVEN TOILET PAPER RAN OUT. Good thing I had a box of tissues with me.

The room and the pool

The first room I received was not clean, so I needed to request a change

Originally our room was not clean, but the staff was extremely helpful to get it cleaned very quickly.

The pool wasn't in a good condition, the floor of the pool was dirty and missing bricks at the bottom. The pool chairs were dirty. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the rooms beside The room had a balcony that could not be closed since it did not have a key lock and the door room is shorter than the door frames so all the noise from the street entered the room.Breakfast is not good.We went during a long weekend in Mexico and they only had one person to attend hosts needs. I requested through room service two bottles of water and never got it.They have free parking (I must say anyone can park there as you don't need a ticket)

They did not respect my booking reservation on a king size bed as the reservation stated…the made me pay an extra 500 pesos to get the king size bed

Very nice hotel with well matined facitlities.

Possivly the price, but I think was a the Christmas season contributed to a higher price

Things were broken : lamp in the bathroom, one of the tap didn't work.

Exelente location. Shopping location and relly good and very affordable small restaurant 7 min way.place room restaurant super clean.upgrade all white linen. Buetifoul And large swimming pool. Extremely beautiful decoration and furniture. From stuff very helpful with all your needs .don't Rembert her name but she's been there for 11 year's. Exelente restaurant. Amazing food great prices. Chef come to greet evry table to make sure food and service is good.from leon Exelente presentation from chef and front desk. Iam a manufacture for furniture of upscale restaurants and hotel furniture. I will recommend to evryone i know. I will came back again and again [email protected] thank you evry one.

Drinking people all night in the s pool 10 7 24 berry bad idea no respect

There is a reason that this hotel is cheaper than the ones closer to the center of San Miguel de Allende - I would recommend it IF ONLY you are looking for a more affordable option - because you will still have to pay for a taxi or UBER ( very cheap) every time you want to go to town. The rooms are nice and clean, and the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! and the breakfast is so good. But don't expect to be in the mix of things if you are trying to save money. There are no coffee makers, refrigerators, or anything in the rooms - VERY basic but nice. I have stayed in San Miguel de Allende three times and really - if you want a better price - STAY HERE - or spend more money and be closer. But really - it's a less than 10-minute ride to town - so it was still easy.

Nothing really - YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. THERE IS A REASON THIS PLACE IS CHEAPER
