- It was advertised (and purchased) as a 4-star hotel. It is definitely barely a 1-star hotel. The floor had many holes/gaps in it, light bulbs were burned out, towels were frayed, the hallway carpets had holes/tears/stains.
- The maintenance on their ac system was bad .but over all very good.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Appeared very clean.
It was very cold and no heater. The hotel and the rooms did NOT reflect a 4 star experience. It was outdated and the bed creaked a lot. There wasn't anything necessarily overly wrong with the hotel, they kept it clean, but just not a 4 start experience.
