- Nice large comfortable room. Only four rooms per floor so it was quiet. Location is ideal. Walk to everything from here. And if you¿re not into walking there several public transportation stops near by.

Cons -
- I had stayed at the hotel In the past, so I knew what to expect. It is sad for me to say this, but it is not a 4 star hotel. It easily could be with a few updates. But it¿s a 3 maybe 3.5. The rooms are clean but are showing their age.
- The air conditioning was crap. I woke up sweating. Every night.
- Bathroom was small and no door lock so door swings open easily. Terrible design and each time we used sink, water would get everywhere. Bathroom also had a bad smell.

Location was nice and staff was friendly.

Very convenient location next to Reforma Ave, has a OXXO store right at the corner. 10 mins walking through nice Zona Rosa area with lots of shops and restaurants to get to subway station. All shifts of front desk can speak English. Room is clean and new
Shower room is too fancy that only has half glass door, water might spit out to the toilet area.
