Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

First time spending Christmas overseas with my little family, and we truly enjoyed our stay here! This is a great resort, just 5 minutes away from the ferry terminal, which is super convenient for families with young kids.Everyone at the resort was so friendly and polite, always greeting us with smiles. Our room was spacious enough for our family of five, and we loved that the sofa bed could be converted into two single beds. The beddings and pillows were very comfortable too.The activities were fun, and the kids especially enjoyed the ATV rides and swimming. Renting a 3-wheel scooter and riding around with the kids was honestly the best decision as we could never experience something like this back home in Singapore!Food at the restaurant was decent, and we really enjoyed the Indomie live station and the kids’ corner with child-friendly options. A special shout-out to Todo from the restaurant, he truly went the extra mile. He was so friendly and warm with my kids that they absolutely adored him and insisted on looking for him every day! He treated them like friends and made them so happy. Thank you, Todo, for creating such lovely memories for my boys.One small downside would be that the bathroom lighting can be a bit dim at night. Hopefully brighter lighting can be considered in the future. Other than that, we would definitely love to come back again.Thank you, Natra, for making our Christmas so special!

Way over priced for ‘glamping’ experience. The lagoon is extremely exposed to the sun. Food was mediocre.

This property exceeded all expectations! The staff provided exceptional service that surpassed many similar or even higher-class hotels - attentive, helpful and genuinely kind. Our room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a wonderful Jacuzzi, and room cleaning was excellent. The convenient shuttle service made getting around the property effortless. The restaurant offered great dining experiences, and the breakfast was truly amazing - a highlight each morning! Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality accommodations with outstanding amenities.

Everything was great from start to finish, I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

It was a splendid place. My husband was so in love with it. He wished that we could stay longer, which we would do it the next time. Atmosphere day and night was superb. Dinner at Patio was delicious. There were so many activities that you could do that day. Looking forward to the next adventure again.

Very near the ferry terminal with complimntary transport.

Its far from any convenient store. When they did the room service on the 2nd day, they did not refill the toiletries and towels.

Within Treasure Bay, near to many places which we want to visit, average 3 to 5 mins drive to Ferry Terminal, Laguna Golf course, Mangrove Kelong restaurant. Room with private jacuzzi is fantastic. Service is great, every time better than the last visit.

No spa service within hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

Hotel door hard to open.

The resort is a great option for a family getaway, especially for kids aged six and above who can fully enjoy the land and water activities like ATV rides, kayaking, and slides. That said, it's still a relaxing place for family time, with plenty to do within the resort itself.One thing to note is that there’s only one restaurant on-site, so meals will mostly be from there. Fortunately, I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options!We stayed there for 3D2N, thus not TOO bored with the food options on menu. however if you're staying for more than that might find the options are limited. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement (especially the tent ceiling)A major downside was the moulds on the ceiling. It was quite noticeable (can see from the photo), especially when lying in bed it is just on top of you!! It was quite disappointing to see so much of it. This is a serious concern, particularly for children with respiratory issues or anyone sensitive to air quality. It definitely took away from the overall experience.If the resort improves its maintenance and cleanliness, it would make the stay much better!Hope can work towards the maintence

Food at the restaurant can be improved. Only way out is to travel out of the resort for food choices.More variety especially during breakfast. By the third day you get sick of the same food.

We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time.We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous.The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class.We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Nothing. There was a miscommunication between Booking and the hotel about one of the amenities in our room, but when we raised the issue with staff they went above and beyond to try to fix the issue which they promptly did.

The water was incredible.

The place is huge. I think we came i low season. So, there were just not enough people around the feel the good vibe. May be can do more aggressive marketing to attract people in for the low season. I'm sure the place is great during the shoulder season. And the high seasons, the service can cope.

Beautiful and well taken care property near the ferry terminal. Good breakfast. Tent was big and had good animeties even for a longer stay. Friendly staff.

No services beside the lagoon except the restaurant. There was a kiosk but that was never open.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again!The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

It'll be ideal if there's more dining outlets and closer to shopping mall.

Loved the layout of the room, and the unique bathroom. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in getting adjoining rooms for our family group of 14, even upgrading some of us to keep us together. They even accomodated us for late check out.

Accommodation needs a bit updating.

We loved the clamping style and the bathroom was lovely.

Would have liked more restaurants to choose from on site but there is a hotel next door and we did eat there one night.
