Banyu Biru Villa

The facilities (eg pools), staff and the family friendly activities were amazing!

The villa itself was a bit tired and some of it wasn’t that clean or user friendly (eg kitchen cupboards weren’t very clean and were mostly filled with cleaning equipment like mops, could have done with a good clean, toaster and few more cooking utensils etc)

Nirwana Gardens is an exceptional resort, I love spending a few days there, the staff war very friendly, meals in the restaurants were delicious and the pool / beach was also a very nice place to be. The villa was very spacious inside, with all what we needed for our stay. It was surrounded by well maintained garden, in the resort itself there were possibilities for sport activities and also the option to book a trip outside the resort.

There's truly nothig negative about our stay

Pub beverage is too expensive. Overall stay was good and staffs were nice and friendly .

Location was awesome, villas were good. activities were good too.

Food was not great, not much options were available. We were there with 1 kid and 1 baby. Bed were too small (queen size) to co-sleep with baby/kid. Bathrooms were too small and smelly.

It was big and spacious area with nice swimming pools near me and delicious food near me.

There were many insects flying around and a cockroach went in my bathroom somehow

Great selection of restaurants and plenty activities to do. Villas were great for family of 4 with golf cart access. Breakfast choice was exceptional.

We went around end of July and the resort was quite empty. A large choice of activities but they all came at a price.

The staff-service at the resort is excellent. The beach is pristine and very serene ( we were in the off-season).The villa is great for a large family like ours. we enjoyed our stay.

The prices at the resort store is exorbitant. Also the breakfast spread was great only on the first day, in the rest of our stay, there was no buffet, but only the standard repetition.

All the activities and facilities of resort are quiet well managed

Pricing is on high side. They should give group or family discount.

Loved the service by concierge team and the Housekeeping team.

The buffet breakfast closes too early .. it should be till 10.30am as it is a holiday resort most guests will want to wake up little later. My brother in law was upset with the service at the swimming pool on the request for the umbrellas to be set up for us. It took over 1 hour for the service to be delivered. That was disappointing as we saw that the staff were quick to assist the other guests (American/European). A number of excuses were given and finally they did set up the additional umbrella.

Rooms are big and spacious.

There were 2 wall plugs that was burnt. This is risky as someone could be electric shock.There was no area for barbecue.The internet was bad.

Beach, Swimming pool, Villa and hospitality of the staffs.

Foods and drinks are very expensive and we felt a little rushed out of breakfast every morning even though the staffs always talked to us in a very polite manner.

The location and rooms were excellent. The staff put on a good display and were very helpful.

The beers were very pricey. But its ok.

When all was settled we had an enjoyable stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Did not stay at Villa as staircase unsuitable, switched to main hotel.lifts location inconvenient. needs upgrading

Beautiful spot right by beach with several restaurants

Facilities are extremely tired and not maintained at all, resulting in 2 accidents where my brother’s leg got cut as he accidentally stepped on an already broken drain cover by the poolside; followed by my sister-in-law tripping and falling down as she was about to sit at the poolside round settee as it was left right by the curb, resulting in multiple ankle fractures and 2 surgery plus hospitalisation! One of the 2 gym bikes was broken and there whole area was dirty with no gym mats for stretching . Our villas were also dirty when we checked in, with balls of hair all over the stairs and on my daughter’s bed..
