Worst hotel I've ever seen

I have made the booking stating my preference to have a non-smoking room. I was given smoking room that is smelly and filthy. Booked 3 nights but did not end up staying there at all. No refund given. Never again.

Clean and huge. Lovely breakfast and breathtaking facilities for the kids. The swimming pool is awesome but the bestest part is the breakfast.

They keep insisting I pay for breakfast even though I have booked it to include. It took 4 staff and me going back and forth from front desk to cafeteria to resolve

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay very comfortable.The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious local and international options.The location was convenient, close to key landmarks and amenities.

I pove how spacious the room was and how its equipped with amazing facilities. The free pass to Trans 7 studio was a bonus.

The area its located in lacks places of interest. Its quite a distance away.

The oxtail soup (dinner) at the restaurant is not value for money, based on the cost of the dish.

Breakfast spread was very good, very delicious. Room was comfortable. Check-in was very fast. Overall value for money.

We ordered room service for dinner, but food took 1 hour to arrive. Food was cold when it reached our room. There were bats living outside the room window and we can hear them the whole night.

Staff were very friendly, particularly the security on the door. Room and beds very comfortable and the shower is amaaaazing with really hot water and great pressure.

Breakfast was good although if not include, 90,000 is a big extra expense….wouldn’t say it’s worth that.The floors were a bit dirty and stained. Also, I’d say the room price is a bit much, particularly for the higher room categories. I had to move to a more expensive one for 1 night as no availability which I didn’t mind. But the difference was very small just a tiny extra bit of room. Not worth the value really with such a big jump.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Smiling and greeting guests. The frontline staff are well trained but sadly it seems their management is not keeping up with the service standards.

Guests who come here are rowdy and inconsiderate. Smoking indoors and rooms above were stomping at 12am midnight disturbing others. Breakfast had limited spread catering more to local cuisines. I tried to eat the cereal but they were stale. Rooms were musky and being next to the pool, you get awakened by guests using it at 7am with kids screaming. The emergency exit to the basement carpark is padlocked. An emergency fire exit that prevents people from evacuation. Aston should relook into their fire safety protocols. This is not inline with international standards. Your mid and senior management staff needs a huge reshuffle. This is disappointing for a hotel that should be experienced enough.

The hotel staff was welcoming and polite, and the food was great.

The cleanliness of the hotel room needs to be improved. There was too much dirt on the carpet. The hotel only offers one pillow, which is insufficient, they should provide two pillows. Upon opening the cupboard, we experienced a strong musty smell and the lighting was too dim.

Food, Hospitality and facilities were great. Definitely value for money. There is an amusement park which we really liked. The staff were friendly and even provided all the requests of mine.We came with a 1 year baby and requested for a plastic bucket and they helped us to get it even that. Kudos to the staff ?

Rooms were old and need some renovation. Location isn’t a secluded one and far from the touristic places.

Toilet was leaking and shower head was broken so didn’t work properly. Overall not clean and the price doesn’t match with the quality

Breakfast :) Location is ok. May I suggest to provide transport from ferry station to the hotel or vice versa

1. Bathroom shower head need to service or change or check frequently. Running water dripping was too small for us to bath 2. Massage services was scheduled earlier, but the person delayed in attending to us. Hence we have to wait and waste so much time
