the location is strategic as there is various shop at the ground floor - C u, DIY, couple restaurant

the iron is aoutside and need to share with everyone

No parking by the Hotel. Need to pay parking RM26 for 1night. Air-conditioning not good, wall paint is peeling..the only good thing for this hotel is the toilet.

The design of the hotel is compact yet comfortable and they provide enough amenities.

I would suggest they could give 2 room keys so that if we are stay with our friend of family, both of us can access to the room. Futhermore, if the hotel provides some small cooler for drinks that would be awesome!

At night I asked that tamil guy on night shift to bring water afterall he was just playing on his phone. He said okay but didn't bring water.

The hotel receptionist took our deposit money during check out (rm 50) due to my husband accidentally loss 1 of the access card. I think the amount is inappropriate. Toilet floor not very clean and also noted staining noted inside toilet bowl.There is no free parking, you need to pay for the parking for full day of your stay.

Good location. Near airport. A lot of F&b around

The corridor has a strong musty smell, and even when the air conditioning is set to the coldest, the room still feels hot. I think the walls should be repainted and fixed because it appears to be covered in mold. Additionally, there are small cockroaches in the room.

Good location, nearby workplace, many restaurants nearby, room is clean and comfortable.

The aesthetic of the hotel was on point. Lobby was clean. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel in a walking distance. Close to the airport as well

The surroundings have many eatery and near the airport.

The amenities were poor. Shampoo and Body Bottle is not working, TV is not working, only towels provided. Room is spartan

The best thing about the hotel is it's location, walkable to amenities, cafe, food joints, pharmacy, Mr. DIY etc. Cleanliness was okay but can be improved.

There was a cockroach in one of the rooms and the aircond was not working so we asked to change rooms. Only 2 pillows on the bed.

The facilities were better than expected and the beds were very comfortable.

Rooms could be just a bit bigger, our room had a hole in the wall (206)

It is spacious. Good water pressure. Ironing facility and water filter is available outside the room. A lot of amenities outside the hotel. Not too crowded area.

Thin walls. Can hear neighbour talking at night. Run down towels. But other that that all is good.

Walking distance to Amari Spice. Near to many restaurants, groceries, and shops. We requested a room with a window and we were given one. The room is spacious and has a table that can be used writing, etc. Has a communal flat iron on the hallway, so that is definitely a plus.

On one occasion, the cleaner repeatedly opened our door, even though they were supposed to clean the room adjacent to ours.

Clean room, comfortable big bed, friendly staff and very close to the airport

Hot water not available in the bathroom, hot water not available from the dispenser for coffee.
