Receptionists were not that attentive and helpful. Should have been friendlier towards their customers. Breakfast was okay but the food was the same for 4-day stay.

Old and dirty hotel.Management should note that cleanliness is a top priority for guests.Both our rooms were not cleaned before check-in — dirty showers, windows, and doors.From the outside, the hotel looks new, but inside it’s very old and in need of renovation.Breakfast was very poor with limited options.Next time, I’ll choose a different hotel.

I stayed there with my wife on 21/11. I was surprised to see much improvement on the facilities. The bathroom was nice with good hot shower working. The flooring was replaced with hard floor wood. The ac was working nicely
