Location, the family atmosphere, safety, friendly staff.

The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was delightful.

Breakfast didn't meet my expectations.

Overpriced restaurant, building needs better maintenance, pictures unrealistic in terms of the quality of the building

The hotel staff were all friendly, they offered help to carry our luggage when we arrived and was kind enough to answer our questions like where the nearest coin laundry is. Food was nice especially their sandwiches sold at the ground floor and we love their cookies too!

The shampoo and body shower gel bottles were empty and had not been refilled for a few days. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. We left a tip and a note requesting a refill, and when we returned, the bottles had been replenished. During our stay, we often heard noise from the neighboring room and the hallway. The bathroom was also not very clean, as there was still sand on the floor. In addition, the light above the dining table was not functioning. The location of the hotel is not good and we got cancelled many times by the Grab driver due to the location.

Spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows for a good night sleep.

Lifts are limited and always take time to reach you.

The house keeping don’t clean acutely my cup of coffee and the water and also the food tray still in my room until tomorrow

housekeeper worked was poor. Always left some dirty towels & even i lost my mobile phone that was inside my unlocked suitcase. I don’t want to accused anyone but who else could enter my room?

The hotel was so nice and cosy. The greeter at the main entrance was so friendly and helpful.dont forget to take a lot of pictures here at the lobby and the greeter would suggest the best angle❤️

The room is too humid, electricity went off in the first night

Entertainment like pool table, futsal table and other games to connect with the families and we enjoyed it.

Swimming pool was great for kids

Toilet n changing room at the pool were old and stuffy. Miami Beach was a disappointment.

Breakfast was excellent and very family oriented.

Facilities at your private beach could be better.

The property was located at a very nice location which made it easy for us to navigate around the city. The beach is close by and staffs were so friendly

One room no toilet rolls, no lotion, no shampoo providedOne room no towel providedWe waited one hour for our another room but were told by staff that only 15mins.

The check-in was very smooth and the staff all spoke fluent English and were very professional. The warm cookie upon check-in was a very nice touch and very delicious! The rooms are quite large and the water pressure in the bathroom was good as well. There is free parking at the hotel as well for those of you driving there.

It's a bit of a distance to shops so you'll definitely need a car or some form of transportation to get there. Coming from Georgetown, you will need to keep your eyes peeled for the turning into the hotel as the signboard seems to be facing the opposite way.

Room and bathroom cleanliness is good, but pillow and bed not so comfortable to me as im having a back problem (spine surgery), it is a charlie's season in batu feringghi now, so please take care of your children

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the services were efficient and satisfying. I appreciate the warm hospitality and the efforts of the team in making my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Ethan, Mai, Kumar (F&B), and Jeffrey for their outstanding service.

I do want to share a small area for improvement regarding one of the security guards. His approach when informing guests about the non-smoking area came across as quite harsh, as he was seen pushing people away instead of politely guiding them. Since there is already a designated smoking area right in front of the lobby, it would have been much better if guests were directed there in a friendlier manner.Aside from that, it was a lovely stay, and I appreciate the great service from the hotel team.
