Her exceptional service truly made my stay at your hotel more pleasant and memorable.Despite facing some challenges during my stay, Auntie Ah May’s dedication and hard work stood out. She remained calm, helpful, and professional throughout, and her efforts in cleaning truly made a difference. Thanks to her, I decided not to cancel my remaining nights, even though my initial experience was less than ideal. Her kindness and tireless work were a bright spot in my stay.Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to Auntie Ah May for going above and beyond. Her actions were truly appreciated, and I have a great deal of respect for her.

Room of the bed it’s not comfortable

Only the location was ok, the other were extrem8ely BAD!! We had to switch room at midnite , and the new rooms had cockroach and mattress spring was broken.

Both the room that we booked at lvl 2 had cockroach, heater didnt work, mattress spring was broken and we requested to switch room at midnite, all the dirty mattress was left at the entrance.Exttemely bad experience, worse hotel we have stayed before.Booking.com must refund us for this extreme.bad experience.

I like the spacious of the room

There is no TV as mentioned in the facility provided. The air conditioner smells smoke I believe the management did not alerts on the smell and not cleaning the air conditioner eventually. The bed feels so thin and its hurts my body. The pillow is so small makes me feel like a 2 star or 1 star hotel. No fridge provided and the iron and iron board is provided outside of the room in-front of the lift.

I don't have anything that I like

The blanket was faded, like it's been used many times before, looks old. The shower cannot be adjusted to mid hot. It's maybe too hot or too cold. Some of the wood tiles are dilated.

Not coming again here.

I booked room for rm472 but was charged rm515, why? OMG staff told me booking.com charged me. But booking.com info me they left it to OMG. So, OMG charged me the extra and denied they (OMG) charged me extra. May I know what for??

Absolutely nothing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

- Parking space is not provided, If you want to park your car you need to pay extra at the hotel.- Bedroom is not clean. Comforter is sticky and the room smell bad.- Staff is not helpfull. I accidently left my belongings at the hotel room and asked the staff for help by messaging, email and phone call but nobody replied.

Faucet broken, shower broken, tiles were broken. Not clean, very dirty covers for the mattress , staines everywhere.

Nothing, the room is not as per the photo shown in Booking. ComThere is no likes at all for this property... And the very worst receptionist (A lady staff) which says no WiFi (network connection spoiled) and no TV unit in a room in which they provided and asks for again to rechange.Not at valuable for money... Very worst stay

There is no WiFi provided by Hotel, also Tourism fee is already included in Booking. Come, but still the hotel collects another 10RM as says as service Tax. But I not faced this in any other trips... And it was new which I feel.Also the bed is very worst provided with spring mattress which springs are totally spoiled and it's not value for money and worth to stay. TV unit also spoiled and hotel staff says that TV power spoiled and no power supply. The Very worst receptionist (A lady staff) in Omg hotel... Which is not good for a hotel service.

Strategic location. If you're looking for a spacious room, this will be it. Bigger than most hotel rooms I've been to. Responsive house keeping staff and uncle at the front counter. Got window.

1. The room was infested with tiny cockroaches on the floor, behind curtain, in the toilet! I think we smacked about 10-15 within our stay. For me, this is the most unacceptable issue for a hotel.2. Doesn't have a water dispenser.3. Got holes on towels between the letter G and M.4. The price is a bit expensive. On my booking.com it said I'll be charged RM280. But my partner did the registration without me and he said we were charged RM300. I saw one user commented about this as well. Forgot to ask for receipt.
