Located in the middle of the Kepala Batas town & surrounding by convenience shops, banks & restaurants.
Shower door not working due tu aging.
Convenient, comfort room and safe environment
Spacious parking, near Malay, Indian & Chinese restaurants. Nearest bank.
Need to brighten surroundings due too dull & at night very empty street.
Value for money

Location is good.
No water pressure at the shower. Water is slow.Foul smell from floor trap.Old worn out furniture.Parking ramp at Lev 2 is too narrow. Scratched my car when negotiating it. Wifi was slow and not stable.
Good food, convenient location, clean and comfy as always. Staff were all smiles and helpful.
Where's the usual stationery set? ? Those were our favourite keepsake. Bring them back please ?
Located in a commercial area where there's a bank, a fast food restaurant, 24/7 convenient store, locat fruit stall and bus terminal.
Even though it's pretty outdated but the facility is good enough for a short stay. With a little upgrade here and there it will be wonderful. The parking is a bit narrow so you might want to be careful when you go up the ramps.
Location
Parking n staff on duty was not welcome us understand that we checkin late/early morning…
The food taste is average.have iron and board in room.
Sorry to say but have to. The price is not worth it with the old facilities. Leaking duringheavy raining cause the floor wet.
Overall, my experience was positive with a few areas that could be improved. Here's a breakdown:Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Situated right in the heart of the town, it provided easy access to all other places and amenities. This strategic positioning made exploring the area incredibly convenient.Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐The facilities at the hotel were standard and met my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the common areas were clean and inviting. However, there's room for some modernization and updates to enhance the overall guest experience.
Food: ⭐⭐One aspect that could definitely use improvement is the food options. While the quality was decent, the choices were limited and often not served hot. I found myself wishing for a more diverse menu with fresher, hotter options, especially for breakfast/sahur. This is an area where the hotel could make significant strides to elevate the dining experience for guests. With some adjustments to the menu and perhaps investing in better heating equipment, it could easily become a top choice for travelers looking for both convenience and quality dining.

Room is hot. Air con insufficient to cool down the room.

The Air-conditioning not working well , feel very hot. I had complaints to front counter and the maintenance came and checked but still feel very hot. The iron not function well and some plug not working. Management need to look and need to take action. Bed also need change..
