Apple Hotel Times Square

I liked nothing in this miserable place.

Avoid This Hotel at All CostsWhen we checked in, we told ourselves it was just a three-night stay since we had no other options. However, during checkout, I left my wife and infant in the room at 11:55 AM to ask the reception if they could arrange a car to Kuala Lumpur. They informed me they couldn't help and directed me to travel agencies for assistance. Unfortunately, the information they provided to me was incorrect.When I returned to the hotel at 12:22 PM, just eight minutes before checkout, I found my wife and my baby have been removed from the room, despite being before check out timing and despite there being no other guests waiting to check in. The room itself was disappointing: it had narrow beds that creaked, hard mattresses, and uncomfortable pillows. Moreover, there were no lockers or wardrobes, fridges, or mini bars available. When we inquired about these amenities, we were told they were not available—though this was supposedly noted in the Booking.com details.The bathroom design was poor, with water leaking beside the lavatory, which was located outside the toilet area. The toiletries provided were very low. Throughout our stay, the room was not made up, and no water was provided. The air conditioner was weak, barely cooling the room.The staff's attitude was unprofessional, often accompanied by provocative smiles. If you decide to stay at this miserable place, be prepared to leave early; otherwise, you might find yourself locked out with no one to open the reception door.Please save your money and avoid this hotel.

It was clean & the bed was comfortable.

The view outside the room, but hey for the price, totally worth it.

Good location.

Room a bit dirty especially inside the bath tub. Room smell a bit strange especially the pillow. Iron and iron board only provided on 2nd floor.

Receptionist was nice !

Our room absolutely stank like cigarettes when we walked in - as if someone had smoked directly in the room without opening any windows. Our bed and towels were both dirty with someone else’s hair, and the pillows reeked of cigarettes! We went to the reception straight away to ask for a different room to which they said they didn’t have any. My partner and I are not picky but we could barely sleep with all the noise from other guests which could clearly be heard through the walls, and also the noise from rushing water and broken aircon ): In the morning they offered us a new room but at that point we had booked elsewhere. We have yet to receive a response still from the owner who we were told to write too. We spent the same amount of money on a way nicer place which was closer to the centre of town.

I booked the room because of the jacuzzi bath tub. It is clean and nice room. I had a relax night with husband. The bed is comfortable too. The price is valuable. Hope the hotel keep in the nice condition. And I will be back if come to Penang again.

Limited parking, but I am lucky to get one when I arrive at night. Jacuzzi no power. So it's just like a big bath tub for me to soak in. If really functions even better.

The location is great and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are a lot smaller than they look in pictures. Our pillowcases were stained. The A/C was poor and has to be left on constantly to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

property no issue. just the request extended hours I made earlier & initially was confirmed, happened to slippef the staff mind on the next day. it seems like they did not passover (?) properly .

We booked the deluxe suite and it was excellent! Cool ceiling mirror and bathtub :DThere is a refundable deposit charged in CASH ONLY, upon checking in. The staff are welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Good location, nice cafes and local food nearby.

The rooms were not soundproof whatsoever. Unfortunately, next door to us, we had a couple who apparently liked to argue a lot, so we could hear a lot of yelling through the walls. The bathtub is nice, but do not be deceived, it is not a jacuzzi and the water is not that hot. The location is good, however, the area is not pedestrian friendly, so be prepared to walk on the side of busy roads with no footpath (though, a lot of Asia is like this, if you didn't know already). If you're able to rent a bike/scooter and ride that confidently, we would advise doing so, to get around easier (especially in the heat, when it's too hot to walk around)

Convenient location

There were a lot of things that were broken, the TV, the wifi was not good, and the room was a bit unclean

I love the room , the bed was super comfy and even the receptionist is very friendly and gorgeous

Only 3 things, 1. The bath jacuzzi tub button is not functioning .2. The television channel if you guys add some more channels to watch would be nicer , such as "HBO" and etc. 3. I kept my food for a while and took a small nap and thought I would eat it after a short nap but there were a lot of ant ? over my food once I woke up ? (I didn't leave it with open)

Only the guy at receptionist when I check in my room. So helpful.

Not suitable for family.... the lady too sexy and not to friendly. The iron at level 2,please change it..to old already and broken...please put at level 3 also...and the worst part is,the bathroom dirty...and people outside can see U...when I come late night,like have a bouncer around there..I think there should have a guard.

AFTER ONE MONTH AND MANY MESSAGES, PHONE-CALLS, EMAILS AND WHATSAPP MESSAGES WE STILL DIDNT RECEIVED THE MONEY AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING!

Comfortable bed

The place was good. Hotel is located at the central. A lot of good food nearby. The staffs and hotel room cleanliness are also reach my expectation, very nice experience when staying there

Hotel parking is limited, very difficult to get parking. Parking is based on first come first serve even public parking on the road side also are always full. Tv channel are quite limited can't get all the channels except rtm channel 1.Bathroom door can't be lock. People will enter easily the bathroom while you having shower.Feel awkward the sink beside the bed, it should be placed in the bathroom.No mirror in the bathroom.Wifi coverage in the room are bad.

Good location

TV not working - ‘no signal’ error message, room not sound proof, can hear the neighbours child crying at 6am. No fridge in the room.

The spacious room. Location right in the city.

The bathub — unsafe and unusable. The head rest was not secure, bathuh wasn’t functioning properly and the position of the bathub was so not safe.

- 2nd day i stay at apple hotel my tv in my room lost channel and apple hotel staff are so kindly and faster give a service. - value the money to stay- nearby he hotel have aviral restaurant "syazana nasi melayu' by walking distance

- aircond are not cool,actually need a more power to cover a room.- dont have netflix,channel on tv are not interesting.- limited parking- no fridge and iron in room- a bit noisy when water pipe has sound from upper level

Was comfortable

I book for tub but when i arrived the room was full

the bed was soft

the view is not nice, sofa really dirty, no soap in bathroom (had to request for it), pillow without casing, lift unmaintainance (doors open and shut on the same floor several times), the hotel is not worth the price

the location and the check in was smooth

room 2021. the room had leaking marks in bathroom and room2. the bathroom have leaking3. the bathtub has a crack at the back4. there were black mold marks at the silicone in the bathroom.5. we requested for housekeeping as we stay for 2 nights. but no housekeeping was done6. lift malfunction
