Free private parking and good location. You don't have to worry about looking for a parking. Ample of food and restaurants nearby.
Since it is by the roadside, a lil to noisy at night and I can hear the dog barking. And there were other inconsiderate guests who are talking over phone at the hotel corridor during midnight.
All ok, centre of bukit mertajam. Good place, comfortable.
Got mosquite a bit. Other all ok.. good
Location
Air conditioning not functioning well and dusty
Location is strategic
Deposit RM150 without toothpaste and toothbrushes provided..and has very strict rules on everything that may charges upon damages or stains eg stains on pillows case/duvet..if damages occur I can understand need to compensate but if stains how to define it? Because their existing mattress bedsheet and pillow cases got lots of yellowish stains..end up I need to record video as proof just wondering they may charges me later. Also no sound proof very busy when other customers check in and walk at corridor
clean
friendly staff and especially security guard
Food court just walking distance. Free parking
