The view is awesome.

Don't expect a good breakfast spread, just ok.. and you hardly get a sweet smile from the receptionist ??

I like the water dispenser in the hallway of each floor and also beach on the hotel back.

Some foods for the breakfast are leftover and not fresh.

The staff was great any issues were immediately handled and little things like the linens were clean but were yellow so they immediately replaced them they brought extra linens and paper products promptly they offer lovely welcoming beverages the breakfast is very good.

Both the coffee and tea at breakfast are instant powders, generated out of a dispenser. Unfortunately, they are not delicious. Some of the chairs out by the pool area need replacing but it's not a big deal The carpets in the hallways are in need of deep cleaning or replacing, but not a deal breaker.

It's right by the beach. Loved the sound of the waves as I slept. There's a club right next door that comes alive as from Friday evening. Though the hotel is kind enough to give one earplugs. The rooms are spacious and sound proof. There are eating places, within a five minute walk with lots of food variety. The pool is lovely and large, has a beautiful view of the ocean, that is accessible form the pool side. There is also a bar by the pool that opens in the evenings.

First night my room had not been prepped by room service. Had dirty beddings, form the previous client, but reception was able to address that after some back and forth. Their TV's are not smart thus there are no English channels to watch. The rooms could do with some renovations. Some neglect is evident for such a beautiful hotel.

The Tv channels need to improve.Tv also not working properly.The air conditioning is not cold..need to fix the aircond in room 714 .the flip was fix upsidedown.No light at balcony.

Fake pictures uploaded on website. No sandy beach. Rooms below average. Cleanliness very bad. Breakfast oh my God not many options available. This room should not cost more than 200 and they charge us 420 RM. some bengali staff at breakfast time soo rude and bad behavior. Not sure bengali or Indian but he definitely needs training how to talk to guests.

The ambience of room was good.

The food could have been more better. the same food everyday. and the sambal of the nasi lemak had a pungent smell

The room chosen was awesome with the seaview. The Room is also spacious, with a sofa bed and bed was comfy as well. The location of the hotel is strategic , close to shops and dine place.

My room was upgraded due to preferences of more comfortable bed and was purposely chosen with a bathtub. However, the bathtub is leaking and always causing wet on the toilet floor- which is dangerous as it is slippery. Called the staff, maintenance came twice, but problem always reoccur again. The were also no handle to hold to enter the bathtub, which is also not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Spacious room and a clean bathroom with a bathtub, but the highlight was the amazing sea view. We could hear the sound of the waves from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Simply amazing.

Breakfast was just average. However, I need to point out an issue with the staff handling the plates during breakfast service. They were making a lot of noise, clattering the plates so loudly that it felt as if they were being thrown on purpose. This level of noise is not appropriate for a hotel setting and can be quite disturbing for guests. I hope this matter can be looked into and addressed, PLEASE.

good. had all basic hotel requirments. Breakfast was normal..good enough. the partial sea view was good.

the bathroom sink gets clogged from time to time. The toilet flush had abit of problem but managed. car park was a hassel . had to find our own on the road outside hotel compound.

Room was nice and comfortable while breakfast was average. Location is great.

The hotel is a bit old but comfortable. The view is beautiful and quiet, clean rooms, reasonable prices and the staff/manager are also very helpful and friendly.

Toilet. I was injured with a small punctured hole on my thumb during I took the bidet. Please replace the host/piping as i posted the photos below for your references. It's too dangerous especially it's made from steel. It was broken (sharp as a needle). Please take an action immediately. It is not safe at all. I told to the receptionist during check out at a counter bar. Mine is Room 707

Staff was really friendly and helpful, trying to give us an early check in. Ample parking space, good location. The price is very fair
