convenient location, spacious room at the standard of budget hotel

The bathroom have unpleasant drainage smmells.

The room was excellent however it was very small.

Washroom accessories aren't that good like shampoo, soup, etc

I like the bed. It's very soft.

When I sleep on the bed. My skin suddenly feels itchy. Small red bumps begin to appear. I think there's bed bugs.. You should really check the bed.

Good for a short stay. The room we got was spacious. We were able to check in very late. They had a water filter in the hallway and an iron in the room.

On the last morning of our stay, we were woken up by a knock on the door. I believe it was the hotel maintenance man, who could hardly speak English. He entered the room and climbed a ladder to turn on the electricity. It was quite an unusual experience because I was still groggy from sleep when I opened the door to a stranger sent by the hotel, without any prior notice. The hotel could have easily called us, as they had both our room phone number and my WhatsApp number.

I feel cheated by the Booking.com and Travelodge hotel. The hotel didn't have hot water for my shower. I didn't have a proper bath for 3 days, from check in until check out. I am angry, frustrated, uncomfortable and my body smell bad.I wanted Booking.com to compensate me for the amount rm400 for overcharging me with this bad hotel. This hotel is not worth the money rm832+ I paid for. Please compensate me per my request.ThanksTan

The hotel didn't have hot water for my hot water shower which I needed. After more than 3 times of complaining to the staff, nothing improved.

Overall is good.. friendly muslim to stay ya.. ?? my little girl love the pool..

The staff is friendly. The location is near to main attractions. Parking just in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

Room was good, clean, no weird smells. Staff also good. Quiet, peaceful.

The booking website asked me for a rm300 'deposit' charged to credit card and supposedly to be refunded over a week after check out. Just want to warn people to be aware of this if it is something you may want to avoid.

Location that is close to food

Hotel facility1. Toilet continue generate urine fumes2. Noises from outside of the hotel building can be heard loudly. Window seems not tight enough that any sounds on the street can be heard.3. No room tissue4. The room is so empty...no coffee table. 5. The chair for coffee table is used for vanity.6. Walls between room is very thin. Any movement can be heard. And it is very disturbance especially during late night. 7. Slippers is very thin like paper. Difficult to be used.

Room is empty, just bed and tv, feel lonely.

The only plus point is the location. But considering there are many hotel options around this one, not worth staying here. You have plenty of options for this price range.

The sewage system in the bath needs to be looked at. Very bad smell the moment I stepped into my room. I had to open the window. Bathroom light was dimmed. I suspected bed had bugs, because I had bumps all over my legs. Overall an unpleasant experience. No facilities. The worst Travelodge I stayed so far.

Breakfast was not as expected as I've experienced in travelodge ipoh. Parking is very limited, and sign to the parking at the back of the hotel is very difficult and not adequate.

Good location nice room.

No tissue box! Expect me to use toilet rolls!! I know hotels are cutting down on amenities (unless requested for) but how much can you save not providing a small tissue box in the room??

Swimming pool was perfect after a long day of exploring. Security and cleaners were realy nice. We could store the luggage and use the lobby (airco) after checkout to wait for out flight.

Rooms are perfect. Only a little smell in the room. Not to bad at all, but a little noticeable.

Good location

The AC was malfunctioning switching from cooling to warm air. Could not sleep and had to wake up repeatedly resetting the AC every hour or so. It was already late when the problem pattern was recognized amd one night stay so I didn’t make a complaint then.
