liked the room as it was spacious for three pax and location was good

the breakfast spread was bad, the plates and cup/source were dusty and not so clean, please improve.the parking rail (or however you address it) was bad idea as its not easy to park and exit/access to the car due to the space.the bathroom has slight faulty smellthe TV had only HBO and local channels, since it was raining we were all bored as can't watch any nice movie.

I like the location because its close by the malls but it would be good if you could upgrade your rooms as when I arrived renovation work was going on and I could smell paint and the walkway carpet leading from the lift to the rooms were stained. The bedsheets were stained as well together with the towels. For a 4 star hotel you need to upgrade according to the specifics.

We came for Penang Bridge International Marathon all the way from Kuching Sarawak and did not want to spend too much on hotel stay but a looking for a decent and comfortable hotel to stay. The bed was very comfy and we slept well before and after our Marathon. Location was great, near Gurney and city centre which is easy to find food. We did not take the breakfast because we want to have Penang local food outside during our entire stay.

No complain. It's value for money, and our stay was decent and enjoyable.

The room was comfy and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities, hygiene products, and towels were always replenished. My stay was mostly tranquil.

The bathtub was somewhat dirty when I arrived, but nothing that wasn’t easily fixed with a quick rinse. One of the control knobs for the bathtub was loose and so it didn’t function. Water kept dripping from a pipe at the ceiling into one side of the shower. Looked like the corners in there were getting moldy. Wardrobe was not fully closing due to door contact for interior lighting. The rooftop with pool is kind of barren. The restaurant is nothing to write home about.

Location is okay, not too bad, walking distance to gurney walk and Northam Cafe.

The swimming pool and the room especially on top along TV side not bright at all, should install downlighting.

Staff

Everything, the room had mold smell, bed sheets had stain, bathroom had stains, even the bed had multiple patches of stain, we started feeling sick. We checked out same day

The room is clean and spacious, there are 2 pillows on each bed, the price is very reasonable with breakfast, strategic location, & the staff/guard are also very helpful and friendly.

House Keeping didn't do proper job...no vaccum, got a lot hair, no refill towel and amenities...

Dislike, aircon was leaked even has asked for repairs...still have water leakage till checked out..phone also not functioning...my sister's room also not cleaned properly...towel and amenities also not refill back...even stays for 5 nights....chicken rice set also stinky and not cooked enough...

The bed and the location are near the city centre.

The condition of the room was unsatisfactory, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned.

sadly a little disturbance on the Saturday afternoon has disturbed my afternoon nap despite being assured there will be no renovation over the weekend.

The location is good and clean

Breakfast is not tasty and the food variety is too little for a 4 star hotel. The lighting in the room is not bright enough, too dark. The massage chair also does not work well

Satisfies for breakfast. Multiple chooses for food and beverage.

Booked two room, just one room cleanliness not satisfies. May be long time no people stay in for that room, a bit dust on bed and washroom.

Bellboy was really polite and helpful

Room is old, cupboard door feels like falling off and the phone is dusty. Basic hand towel not provided.The air conditioning was functioning well on the first night but after we left the next morning for our tour, we were suddenly told to change room due to air-conditioning malfunctioning. Disappointing with the room change, we were offer a smaller room where the water doesn't drain down during shower. Instead of being compensate to a better room, we were provided with worser room.Breakfast was rather disappointing. The egg chef burnt my ordered scramble egg and I thought he will re-cook it for me. Instead, to the shock of my life, he serve me the burnt egg. From fish curry without fish, half dried ham and withered vegetables serve for salad was a laughing stock. Instead of variety, I wish the restaurant can focus on quality. The cereal corner was a mess with cereal all around the table and beside sits the uncovered room temperature milk. Is the team trying to bring down this hotel?

The worst breakfast even in the hotel category standard. It can only consider a hawker centre standard. The air ventilation was so poor that the eggs service counter got all smoke went into the sitting area. Yogurts served was expired at the same day!

Location is closer to gurney drive and Burma Road area.

The property is not maintained, it’s a shinking wreck. This is going to be an abandoned building in a year or two.
