Breakfast needs more variety.

Everything was clean and nice. The staff were great and helpful. The convenience store on the ground floor is very useful. The pool area was very nice.

The TV did not work and the food area smelled like an old restaurant. A little bit greasy.

Clean and large room, superb view from the upper floor, helpful staff, very good position in the centre of Georgetown, good breakfast, very good value.

Bed mattress is hard, rather uncofortable. Not many western food options for breakfast.

Comfortable and clean hotel with spacious rooms and great rooftop swimming pool. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent location for exploring George Town on foot.

The location is great which's in the center of George Town. The gym room is large and clean enough. The staff is also helpful to discuss with manager about the room change and I did change to a room that improved the situation.

The sound insulation is zero in the room. You will clearly hear the sound of showering next to your room or someone talking outside your room. You will also clearly hear the sound from the street. It's really annoying, especially making you can't sleep well.

I liked the view and the bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner was way too cold or way too warm. Some features were simply not available. And was hard to find a solution to be in a comfortable level. Shower just floaded the whole bathroom very bad design. No hand towel was available and the regular towel looked old and was a bit smelly.

Breakfast is not much variety, coffee is instant coffee Nestle and not good. Bathroom smells are bad. Location is easy place to go around and staffs are good at their work.

Hotel Neo+ is in a relatively quiet location but within easy walk of rooftop bars, a shopping mall and the more hectic tourist spots. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with great views. Comfortable and welcoming cafe, ideal for bar snacks/pizza and a couple of beers.

variety of breakfast, not bad, location is excellent, walking distance to famous nasi kandar deen maju which is good, near to komtar, near to their place of attraction like padang kota to enjoy their food, I can enjoy the sea view from my room at level 19

cleanliness in the wardrobe, iron and iron board should be provided in each room, 2 pillows is not enough, i have to request for prayer mat

Booked 2 rooms for 5 persons with the price of 230eur for 2 nights and the good location is valuable.

shower room got smell and even this hotel have roles cannot smoking but out next door smoking!! and that was soo terrible night, we can smell the smoke when walked out the lift and the whole floor and inside our room! that’s make me headache at night

Soo big room we booked the family room with breakfast, staff security staff and housekeeper so friendly and super helpful , We can refill the water with coway outside the room , Nice location in the middle nearby the Top building

Clean and very area. Centrally located for everything. Hotel is tourist friendly and many of the tour operators pick tourists from this hotel. So very convenient. Staff are very friendly and professional. No frills hotel. Deliver to what is promised.

Could keep water and iron board in the individual rooms. There is one water cooler per floor and guests are expected to take their water. Atleast first time keep a bottle for emergency and later guests can fill their own. Same iron board can be delivered upon request instead of keeping at common area. Ironing is personal and can't be done in public area. No need to keep in all rooms but delivered upon request can be done. TV reception was awful. Absolutely not good for time pass after coming back from long tour outside.

We needed early check in after a very long & exhausting journey, the staff at the counter - Ms Dina & Ms Faiza were very helpful & promptly fulfilled our request. The security staff Mr Indra too dropped our luggage quickly to our room. And the housekeeping staff Mr Alal was also very efficient, good and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel..

The TV channel options are very few. The corner curtain can cover the corner window a little better

1. Staff - The most welcoming and wonderful staff. They excelled in all areas.2. Cleanliness - Very clean and well kept property. I experienced regular cleaning of common area as well as the room.3. Location - right across Karon Beach. However, around 6:30 PM, everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) almost around would close. You had to travel a bit for food, etc. later in the evening. Also, no Halal food options nearby.4. Breakfast - Very nice setup. There were Halal options (breads, fruits, etc.) available.

The breakfast options were diverse and quite filling, the room was super cosy and from a long flight I loved that it was only 20 minutes from the airport. Check-in was very smooth and my stay overall was great. I wish I had booked more nights!
