The room was clean and cozy, everything was easy to use. The location is also quite near my office at Gelugur

It was hard to use the ironing board and there was also no hair dryer

one night i stay outside my level room veriy noisy at [email protected] think not good experience for me coz cannot sleep..tomorrow i work...very sad

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and all the amenities are excellent. I enjoyed my stay and will surely come again.

Its clean, everthing in the room is provided, mini fridge, iron and hair dryer. No need to request, bed is comfy too. Water pressure is superb! Had a nice short stay here

Location is very superb. Hotel room is very clean and neat. Wifi is strong. The staff are very soft spoken and explain things well. I used to book this hotel every time I visited Penang Island.

Very convenience area. Good staff and the room were very clean. Probably hotel management can add on some tooth brush and improve wifi connection cause my laptop and room smart tv cant fully connected to the hotel wifi, perhaps.

The room is not sound proof and its quite noisy.

The room was clean and comfortable for the 1 night stay, we had, staff was friendly at assisting in checking in and checking out, cleaning staff was also friendly and even greeted and wished us a safe journey as we checked out.

The size of the room was a tad bit cramped and the view from our room wasn't that great as we were given an end hallway room that was facing a back alley and some houses with not much to see. The code for the wifi didn't seem to work either for my phone or TV but we were staying for 1 night so I couldn't complain much as by the time we had returned back to the hotel, it was late and we were leaving the next morning already. But the staff was willing to assist when I brought it up at check out.

Good location, close to Penang Bus station.The hotel was clean, the room was quiet.

there was a young chinese lady whom refused us to check in at 1:30pm citing no rooms available. in the next 10 mins to follow they checked in 2 separate rooms to guests. I feel very disappointed and u shud fire this type of staffs

The room is too small, in the picture, it looks big but in reality so small. It's hard for me to walk around. Not value for money. I can get a room bigger than this with cheaper price

I book higher floor and Kingbed but when l reach Kingbed l have add RM20. I don't Queen bed room all facing main road. I don't like is noisy.

Easy parking, hot shower. Clean enough. Air conditioner works.

Room a bit smelly. Only one pillow per person allocated. Hair dryer doesn’t work. The outdoor compressor is quite noisy and disturbs the sleep.

The location / service / helpful staff.

On the 4th day of our stay, there was no water in the shower. It was fine for the rest of our stay.

U can find easily food store nearby

Maybe not our lucky day on the day my friends and I stayed there..experienced on lack of water while we on shower..had to wait for a few minutes until they fixed it back
