It's a convenient place to stay. nice and neat room

No toiletries in the bathroom, bathroom water doesn't have handshower facilities need to walk far to get the items like brush paste etc..,

Like the design of the room

The air cond was not cold and the TV was not working with limited blurry channels. Limited parking space and bad sound proofing.

Exceptable with e price.. got space to pray .. free n easy parking.. no issue..

It’s near to penang central

There’s no wardrobe to hang the clothes. And the door to toilet and shower have to alternate like they can’t be two people using toilet or shower since it only jave one sliding door. Besides, the door is transparent. When you do your business, it will stink the whole room. Not worth the money

parking under the building but very less.. hotel beside roadside.

sadly many dust,use tissue paper swap hitam hitam.no wifi password in room,call reception use room phone but the phone no working.the door cannot open by access card,going down again for the key to open. well the good thing is the staff is friendly.

I like the bed. its comfy.

The first room we check in was quite large n comfortable but when we wanted to lie down, the sheets on one of the beds smelled of urine. After informing the receptionist the offer another room for 3 single beds only and smaller. Because it's late, we just accept it. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet but the sliding door is shared. If someone is taking a shower, the other person cannot use the toilet because there is no door.

Only the bed and the parking was convenient

- Reception service (sour face), overall hotel ambience was bad and smelly, door for toilet and shower is shared (which means one person at a time), no any toiletries holder, sink was bad (water flow not good, have to keep open which was disgusting), room was so smelly because of the market right at the back of the room (room no 212), wifi not strong (had to use my own data), room lighting too dark (girls won't like, coz of make up/hairdo, skincare, etc)- The 1st room we gt was 218 (AC was so bad, I'm sure they did not service. You can tell by the look of the AC condition), after we complained, they changed to room 212. AC was better after we requested for extra electric card (to keep the AC on the whole time)

Good for work travel, nearby a lot of restaurant so that there no need to worry about

Slightly dusty and the bedsheet could be clean it properly, as well as the toilet bowl

Nice room set up.

Smelly toilets and The room is not soundproof . Very noisy and there is a bar infront of the premise that plays super loud songs and it made me have a sleepless night and had to change to another room without window

Room size is comfy enough for solat purpose

Bathroom. Only one slide door shared for shower and toilet section. Meaning,you cant have both section close at same time.It only can close either one.Imagine if you stay with a kid. They can just slide open and see you do your business. No main door to separate this area also.Weird.

while entering room it was smelly, no sound proof room..some music festival happened whole night in that street spoiled whole sleep and also bike race happening in the night with dull silencer sound..my entire night spoiled …rusted bathroom and broken sink, torn curtains..

Just the room space is spacious
