Like many others have mentioned, the place is spotless, squeaky clean from top to bottom. We booked it last minute after our home’s AC broke down and needed a place to stay for the night. We chose the most affordable room available, and to our surprise, it exceeded expectations. The room was not only immaculately clean but also modern and thoughtfully maintained. For the price point, it’s honestly a steal.I also think this place works really well for a short staycation. I'm the kind of person who enjoys checking into a hotel occasionally for a bit of self-alignment and quiet time, and this spot fits the bill. It’s calm, clean, and low-key ideal for anyone needing a short breather from the usual pace of life.

A couple of things to keep in mind: while not directly the hotel’s fault, the nearby pickleball court can be a bit of a nuisance. We could still hear the sound of people playing well past midnight at 2 a.m., the ball hitting noises were noticeable from our room. Also, since the property is located next to a highway, you might occasionally hear loud pipes from modified cars or motorbikes. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case.

The stay was amazing, we were so excited cause the room was sooo fancy, they had a smart toilet, automatic curtains, Tv with Netflix and a few other channels, smart lamps and all that. In short, it was very business class.

The auto toilet make it a plus in point. The room is big enough with bluetooth connected speaker at ceiling.

Location wise, if the back gate is open, it will be more convenient for driving through. As the highway always in heavy traffic during day time and evening.

The room I given the water flowing got a bit stuck , maybe can improve on this. Everything else is just nice. Clean , new and nice.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were huge and the bathroom very futuristic. Very close to a good restaurant. Lots of junk food near by, lots of parking.

No laundry facility available, and the karaoke on the lower floors was very loud every night. The hotel staff moved our rooms to a quieter area so that was good.

Pretty comfortable

Noise at night, I think due to some singing competition that week we were there. However, hotel moved us to the upper floors at no extra charge - that was good of them. There were still noise but bearable..

Decently sized room with modern appliances and ample comfort. Quiet and safe area even with karaoke nearby. Smart TV comes with various channels including netflix, Hotstar and YouTube. In room facilities include iron and there's water dispenser at every level

Faraway from public transportation. Getting p-hailing was quite a challenge. Surrounded by mostly fast food restaurants as it's designed to cater for Plus highway travelers.

The hotel is just in the service area of NH2 expressway, giving convenience to the travellers driving from Northern Malaysia to the Southern part and Singapore. The facilities are great, especially the TV set. It provided me with different kinds of TV shows.

I booked the room one month before my stay. The price I got is 150 RM higher than the price if I pay at scene. I feel uncomfortable but I have no way to rebook the room.

I like how comfortable the room is and the facilities are enough. It's full of technologies and radio that can be so calm when you hear it.

Please add laundry beg in every room and breakfast, its okay it did not have swimming pool.

The room is superb. Very comfortable bed and with modern facilities.

The hotel does not provide satellite TV or other common tv channels like TV1, TV2, TV3 etc. I was unable to watch anything although the room was provided with a big TV.

The location/Google map & waze let us to the backlane with NO ENTRY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Hv to make a big round to the front. Why can't they open the back gate for easy access. Giving wrong info.

It was really clean and comfy room. Just stay for 1 day but I wish to stay longer because the it was really comfortable. The bathroom is super clean too. I love the bed the most because it’s too comfortable that you just want to stay there for long time.

Everything is superb.

A huge TV but without any satellite TV and even no RTM and TV3 etc. Ended up watching YouTube the whole time.

I love the hotel. It's all smart. Only thing it's a little bit far and tons of jam if heading towards the mainland. But I enjoyed a good night's sleep thanks to it's dark curtains. Lots of eateries and 24/7 outlets too. It's just by the highway.

The binder of the curtain possibly had a small glitch. It suddenly opened without us pressing the button. And it did so on our first day. Possibly some glitches or high sensor from other rooms too.

There was a lot of things to do even though the hotel was along the highway, no need to worry about food, hotel has decent food at level 2, golf city, they also have KTV if you like, otherwise, can just sit there and hear people sing, service personnel also were polite and smiley, food was also decently nice. If you prefer fast food, plenty of options, from starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, krispy kreme, Burger King, local food walk a little down to the Heineken building next to McDonald's, QiYe CheJi (七爷车记）selling Hong Kong delights, decent noodles and toasts. If you just want a simple cup noodles, 7-11 is just next to the hotel lobby. If you want massage, there's one reflexology at level 3, not the best masseurs they have, but sufficient if you just want to have your tired muscles squeezed. There is a water dispenser just next to the lift lobby, convenient for guests who needs clean drinking water.

There were some renovation on going just next to our room, we feedback and receptionist were nice to offer changing a room, we figured the noise will not be any better as they were really undergoing some real major renovation, and we have already unpacked, they start work before 8am, and still hammering close to 8pm.
