Pros +
- The facilities and location
- this is my third time here. location near to facilities and feel safe especially when you travel alone.
- Room is good and location is also good especially those travellers with working purposes. Rate is affordable and value for money. Those driving their car, plenty of parking space is available.
Cons -
- The room was very dusty because of recent renovation. The floor was so rough with dust. Can see all hangers, table top so many dust from the reno works. Hope the housekeeper clean the room thoroughly after renovation.
- they should put extra effort on the cleanliness. especially at the toilet.
- Probably some room is quite small.

I like the location because it was near shopping centre
I don't like the matrees because it's not comfortable... When I laid on the bed I felt the spring
Room are clean, aircond cool, toilet good have water heater. Iron board, iron, kettle and mini fridge are provided in the room. Location is very strategic and have parking lot. Overall good and will repeat soon.
The location and easy to park
This was my second stay here. The first one had problem with toilet cannot flush. This time around strong cigarette smell in the toilet.
Easy access to most of the facilities
This hotel needs a lots of improvement in terms of cleanliness. Toilet, curtain even floor also dirty. Feel not comfortable during my stay. The price per night for the room i stay is almost 200 and it is totally not worth.
Easy parking. Near to mall and highway. Less traffic. Got iron board and sejadah. Variety shop for food. Great.
The toilet walls dirty. The rest is awesome.
There was no breskfast
The room smelt of cigarette smoke. The waste paper basket in the bathroom was not emptied
Well-located in the city, basic standards in term of amenities meet my expectations, lots of parking spots nearby, aircond functioning and controllable (yes, this is important to me), hot/cold water easy to adjust (kinda wish the shower pressure a bit stronger). Pretty close to Sunway Carnival Mall
Nothing to complain. You get what you get for the deal.
Convenient
No water supplied on 5/10 have to check out 1 night earlier. Hope they cant give some refund.
Room is clean and comfortable. Location near to mall and other facilities. Restaurant is just next door. Iron is provided in the room dan this hotel have an elevator.
Room is a bit small and tight to perform prayer for muslim. Water pressure is a bit low.
Good
Hide payment of service charge, VAT, and heritage. Price from 140 change to 167.

Have no hair dryer inside the room. Need to call customer service for get it
