I like how nice the room are for 1 people to stay. The hotel has gym and also swimming pool which is very enjoying to spend time with your friends.

I already paid for my room but the staff said I haven’t yet even though i already show the proof. They want me to contact the booking.com back and expected me to do something from my end at first. I need to told them multiple times that i already paid and want them to check from their side, only then they do it. I mean, it’s okay if you want proof of the payment i would gladly show but you doubt the customer at first eventhough theres a proof and expecting the customer to do about this from our end is just not professional.

Clean, there's water dispenser, double decked bed

Water dispenser not on every floor, got locked out of the normal exit at night time (Emergency exit still available), air conditioner couldn't reach the lower bunk bed, no elevator (senior citizen unfriendly)

Not much really, it's different from what is in the pictures. I should have read more comments. Many things are not told.

- The staff is not very nice, just doing their work. They didn't really care if you're there or not. -Extremely far from the island, taxis are very expensive and in the evening it is hard to find a grab, it's so far that no one wants to go, so if you're on the island you have to leave by 8pm max. -It's noisy, other rooms and the high road where the hotel is. - The view is on the roads and empty garages opposite the hotel. There is no restaurant or shop close by, absolutely nothing, on the exception of one bakery which I did not see open in 4 days. - The hotel does not even offer coffee, very convenient when you are sooo isolated. - Gym is open to the public, as well as a the swimming pool with kids swimming classes on the morning of weekends Friday Saturday and Sunday. Absolutely not worth the price.

New hotel. Bungalows converted to hotel. Has swimming pool n gym.

Bad location. Check in time is late at 3pm. No food available at hotel. Need to travel far for food. Room is small for the price.

Spacious place, clean and comfortable.

The booking process;- There was no policy while make a booking on collecting deposit (cash only). Before I arrived they did texted me about the deposit but I was driving and I didn’t know about it.

Its nice to have hanger with hand towel at the washing area.Ironing area is too open near main entrance.Property could consider vending machines

Dissapointment

Need to confirm with front desk if they are giving room facing main road, the vehicle sound was so loud even they gave earplugs it doesnt help. It was a bad experience to me

Located road side and at night very noisy of car and motorcycle sound

There was NO breakfast served, asked the front desk but they said No breakfast available. Disappointed on this..

Didn't aspect the double decker bed

4am electric off

The entire place was clean.

the room was too small. Not much place to walk properly. cups and tea bags were provided, but no stirrer/spoon provided. Hot water/water to be taken at the ground floor water dispenser only no water bottles in the room. WiFi was very poor. No channels to watch. Only Youtube and Netflix(which needs sign in). YouTube also kept loading and loading so we just turned off the TV.

The location was perfect for my needs which is close to my meeting place.

If I were to be critical the size of the room was small.

The concept itself. Felt like we were in a different country.

We loved every thing about the property especially the staffs both AM/PM.
