The check in process is fast from confirmation to collect key.Booked room for 2 and it's spacious enough as well.Limited parking spots. So do come early if you have few cars.Strategic location as it's located in the middle of Batu Ferringhi. Ferringhi walk is just 5 min walk away and the beach is close by and there's western, chinese and thai food everywhere. But if you are lazy to walk, there're restaurant just at the lobby.

Overall, i would say the room is more toward the dirty.Did not expect much since it's fairly cheap but i still expect the room will be basic clean up right before our check in.1. Having cobweb around the windows and cupboard.Since I went to Escape Penang therefore require to hang my wet cloth somewhere but the cupboard is not in my choice.2. There are quite an amount of dust on the bed and i had to dust out on the corridor before i dare to sleep on it else my nose allergy gonna spoil my vacation.3. The bathroom door rail is crook all the way. And the door could fall off when fully close.I had to hold the door in case it fall down when i was taking a bath.
