The staff is on another level of friendly and service! The entire property is clean. The bed was super comfortable and double turn down is awesome. Love this place.

Breakfast is a bit low and slow sometimes.

We booked a sea-view room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor — the view was absolutely stunning! Especially the bathtub facing the ocean — it was breathtaking! We mentioned to the front desk that we were here to celebrate a birthday, and that night, we received a surprise of two cakes from the hotel — such a thoughtful gesture!The room design was beautiful and elegant, with a long, spacious bathroom featuring two sinks, a bathtub, a rain shower, and a toilet.The front desk service was exceptionally attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles.The concierge team was also very helpful — they noticed our luggage, were always ready to assist, and even asked if we needed help bringing it down to the car park when we were leaving.The security staff were wonderful too.Overall, it was a truly gorgeous sea-view stay, and we will definitely be back next time!

They were quite slow in replying to messages on Booking.com — it usually took two to three days to get a response, so some inquiries couldn’t be answered promptly. We have already provided this feedback to the front desk.Breakfast was nice, though the selection was a bit limited. A few more choices would make it even better.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, service, F&B. The reception lady Ms.YAN was very friendly, the bartender Michael demonstrated great passion about cocktails and attention to customers, who made our experience memorable and joyful.The birthday decoration in our room was stunning, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this stylish hotel to anyone.

Actually I just published a recommendation post about this hotel..I have to say it’s one of my favorite part of my Penang journey. Everything is just so perfect. I choose hotels mostly depend on the details, and during my stay inside, there’s nothing I can say dislike?? Clean, bright, intelligent, with very user-friendly layout and space design, returning to the room has become my everyday expectation .. All staff are highly qualified, all the decorations are fascinating. I will definitely choose it again when next time back to Penang.

Great pool, hotel is situated just off the major marine drive that serves as a good jogging/walking route, very nice room with a bedroom with a comfortable bed and separate work area, very attentive service from staff.
