Rooms are spacious and with balcony. The TV was by far the best with strong WiFi. Ample parking

Strong jasmine scent in room.. the breakfast was so limited choice, suggest to eat outside.

It was decent stay but the small balcony area look little shabby with birds feathers. Apart from that everything fine. It located near restaurants.

There are not many options for vegetarians. They only have bread toast for vegetarian which is little disappointing for me.

Very good place to crash, but a bit old kind of hotel. value for money. big room.

I recently stayed at this Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—it's truly a gem for travelers looking for quality and comfort.

Never again this hotel!

The room - dont get cheated by looking at the room size. Except for bed, everything else is worst! Toilet bowl not mounted, it moves whenever use! The balcony, looks like hauted gouse balcony! The breakfast is hopeless, for RM20/pax definitely can get better meal outside. Not just better but far better! For 2 occupany, only 1 card is given. Without card cannot on aircond or lights! When request for additional card, front desk is reluctant with excuse that hotel policy is only 1 card! Shower gel, only 1 small bottle, 30ml for 2 pax. For 4 times shower (2 pax x 2 times), not sure how the hotel have their logic for providing 1 small bottle! To wash hand, no soap! Aircond is not properly serviced! The room using 1.5hp, and it does not get cold at all at 16 degrees throughout the night! And the room is facing evening sun. Booked and paid for 3 nights, but checkout after first night! Nightmare!

Room wasa used by someone who is heavy smoker. The room when entered is with bad cigerette smell. Should remove the smell first before say the room is ready. No kettle but they prepare water dispenser. Cant use it for hot water.

Everything is OK

I am frequent traveller, and is my very first time rejected by Hotel that can’t extended the check out time before 1pm, before 1pm mean could be 12.30pm to 1pm , its was very disappointing to me due to I need to rush out from Hotel, to me is not so humanized at all ..after I got rejected by reception follow receiving a message from Hotel that check out time is 12pm n they is a surcharge of RM25 per hour, not the money issue but is the dissatisfaction with that kind of hotel services

Noisy aircondition unit.

Water pressure was good. Air Cond was cool and tv was big and can Watch netflix and you tube. Breakfast even though not many choices but tasty.A lot of parking space.

Water cooler was old fashioned.

The rate is extremely cheap for Superior King room.The location is good too. Close by to convenience stores and food places.A lot of parking space. It was my first time checking in to a hotel using a machine as well.Overall a really good stay.

The wifi is pretty bad unfortunately.

We stayed one night, before taking a train to KL the next morning. Comfortable hotel within walking distance of a grocery store (Billion and several good restaurants and cafes. We had a delicious lunch and breakfast at Coffee Ventures nearby. The walking route to the grocery store and cafes is a bit convoluted because there's a canal blocking tge direct route.

Wifi signal is kinda weak.

The property is too bad, rooms are not clean and smelly. Furniture are also aging

No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Breakfast can be improved.

The staff was very helpful.*They noticed I had left something in the room and delivered it right away.*They also dealt with my air conditioning issue right away.

The shower was hot and good pressure.The room was large and cleaned to a good standard.

The WiFi was atrocious. Very slow / intermittent.The towels were not fresh. They smelled very bad.The bathroom was dirty in places.The shower curtain leaked all over the floor. The bathroom was too small. The balcony was laughable. There were large gaps under the balcony door letting all the noise and probably insects in.There was a large gap under the door letting in noise from the corridor.The air conditioning was right over the bad which blew on us all night making our chests bad. We had to sleep without it for 2 nights. The neighbours window looked right into our room. Had to keep the curtains shut. There is nothing much around the hotel.

Breakfast is good value.

People are smoking outside the room and the smoke get into the aircond. Terrible
