Excellent Location, Friendly Staff, Very Clean. Best Omelette I’ve ever had.

Can be a little noisy as there is a mosque opposite, but it all adds to the experience.

The location is very convenient, and the hotel has nice decoration.

The breakfast had limited options.

The staff , attention to detail and the property was unique and beautiful !

At the entrance there was a 6 “ concrete barrier that one had to step over , I think it should be painted in a brighter color so that it stands out a bit more and people don’t trip over it

Location, staff, and the property were my fav parts. it was a short stay, so i didnt get a chance to explore more of the hotel serevices, but I hope to return to georgetown next year and i am planning on staying here again.

Only thing i was a little annoyed about was that there was limit fo 2 water bottles a day, and i was not informed of this limit. I could have planned for it better if i had known, but it was very minor, and there were places min from the hotel for me to get more water.

Comforatble bed. Public places/spaces to do work or relax with a book outside of the confines of the room. Clean pool.

Extend open pool hours if possible. Or, if noise is a factor, establish an early/ate adult quiet lap swim to keep noise to a minimum.

location is fine. The breakfast is a little underwhelming for Penang Heritage hotel.

my friends felt the rooms were a little small.

Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed their service. Room was nice and clean.

We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast was completely the same. Not even one menu changed. It will be better if they change some of the menu so guests can enjoy more.

Old Restrored elegrance Great location in old Georgetown. Street art and bar scene right there.

Beautiful historic building steeped in atmosphere. Lovely staff and fabulous location, walkable to anywhere in Georgetown. Lovely little pool to cool off after a hot day walking around to find the best Assam Laksas in town!

Bed too firm!

Lovely location within walking distance to Chulia Street and little India, Armenian Street. Staff are very nice.

-Every staff member I met was genuinely kind and enthusiastic, always offering help and thoughtful travel advice without being asked. Their warmth felt sincere and constant throughout my three-day stay, which made me and my friend feel truly welcomed and cared for.-The welcome drink — a light brown juice with a lovely balance of sweet, sour, and a hint of spice — surprised me. I loved it, and was even more delighted when they told me it was nutmeg, a traditional local drink.-The hotel is right in the heart of George Town — about a 10-minute walk to the sea, the Peranakan Mansion, and blocks full of unique little shops.-Our room had the charm of the old world with the comfort of modern amenities. It really felt like “sleeping with the past.”-Breakfast wasn’t extensive, but every dish was delicious.

Just a heads-up for those who might care about these details:-The sink was a bit low and the counter space was tight, so I ended up doing my skincare at the desk. Not a big deal, just a bit inconvenient.-There’s music from nearby pubs at night, but it wasn’t too loud or annoying, and I still slept well.

Our room’s window faced the swimming pool, which opened at 7 am. So what could I say to the lady with a small child swimming and making noIses that woke me up before 8 am when she pointed out that my room faced the swimming pool and that her kid was 3 1/2 years old? The room was nicely appointed but small - impossible to have 2 cabin suitcases opened at the same time, not even on the floor. Breakfast options were rather limited.

We stayed three nights at this wonderful hotel in the heart of George Town's historic district. The facilities were great, the rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is very beautifully preserved. The location was probably the best feature- as everything was a short walk away. The Blue Mansion, Kimberley street and Armenian street, the jetty- all within walking distance. The breakfast was also quite good.

The bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans (which was truly a minor issue). Everything else was great!

The location is perfect if one wishes to explore Georgetown particularly the heritage area and F&B by foot. We also like the details paid to the restoration of old building and new addition.

Choice of breakfast was limited, probably in consideration of limited guests (only 19 rooms capacity). It would be wise if the Hotel could make breakfast as an option.

The location was very central - but potentially a little noisy as it is close to nightlife.The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and overall a high standard.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t great and we ended up skipping it.
