Great shower. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient to nearby restaurants and easy to check in.

No refrigerator every room or even just on common area, no table outside near the pool to have coffee and breakfast or even in common area.

Very satisfied with the beautiful building in which the apartments are situated. Very luxurious feel! The bed was sooo comfy and the shower was amazing with lovely toiletries too! Really loved staying here, we were sad to leave!

The only downside (if you’d call it that!) was being slightly further out of the historical centre of Georgetown than we realised - just factor in a 25 minute walk; although it’s a great city to walk around!

Cement falling from the brick wall, make the bed very dusty and have cement smell.There’s a loose brick and a hole on the brick wall on top of the bed frame, but they didn’t fix it. So you can see some loose sand.Bath tub was dirty, i need to flush couple of times to get rid of tiny dirt.Room is not sound proof, can hear everything inside out.

The design is unique. The environment is clean and the atmosphere is good. The location also near to the town.

Such comfort and the staff were so lovely. Location is great aswell, not that long of a walk to places. The “pool” isn’t a pool, it’s a pond for the restaurant. I didn’t understand that when I read other reviews before coming here but it’s literally just a pond for the restaurant to look out on. Didn’t bother us though. Would have been 10 but see through toilet door - no privacy and wouldn’t book again for that one factor - shame as well decorated but you need to frost the glass !

No fridge! No staff at hotel, didnt respond to a message sent. Pool was so tiny wouldn’t really say its got a pool!

The location - too far from the old city. Practically no amenities. Pool is super small and no loungers but rather two chairs. Airco in the room wasn’t sufficient. You still feel warm at night. No breakfast served. No fridge in the room.

Worst customer service ever. I messaged property to see if I can check in early. They just seen my message and ignored my message. Booked so many rooms previously and I can say is the worst of the worst. Do not recommend.

The room is ok regarding the space and the overall feeling. Clean and nice TV, nice bed. But there are quite a few problems.

1. On Booking it said 4* but actually it should be 3* only. This can't not marked as 4*. It's self check-in and staff is not there all the time. 2. There is NO refrigerator in the room. Which is a very BASIC thing. 3. The staff is not very helpful. 4. Extra fee: It should be marked that the tourism fee by the city will be collected in cash (RM), because there's no information on Booking and there would be a chance that we don't bring cash/didn't exchange/ etc. I had to pay RM48 more for this fee, not too much, but still an extra. 5. NO SOUNDPROOF: There were 2 nights that were dewali so outside it was soooooo noisy, I couldn't sleep until 3AM. Basically, the place is not sound-proof, not at all. I even heard the room next to me talking and watching TV!! 6. TOILET is visible. It's ok for me as I stay alone but it'd be very awkward if you stay with someone, even your closest person, we should have some privacy when going to toilet right? 7. Bathroom looks nice but not well maintenance, I was showering and the water holder of the shower falls down. Again, it's small thing and I can put it again, but lots of small things make me tired...

It was cute with exposed brick.

The staff was rude at check in (after I had to wait on them because they weren’t even there at 8pm) and then no one was ever there for questions. It was kind of far from most things. Stuff was broken (the handle of the shower fell off, I had to manually stop the toilet water from running, chipped glasses).

It was in a quiet neighbourhood but convenient to get around! The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

There is no lift access, and the shower is easily flooded due to the sewage system.
