Muntri Maison

I love the location of the hotel. The staff were very friendly.

Since we were staying in the room on the 1st floor, we could heard noises from upstairs when they were walking or moving their luggage.

The staff at the hotel were incredible—attentive, kind, and always ready to help when needed. They struck the perfect balance of being available and supportive without ever being overbearing, allowing you to enjoy your stay at your own pace, unless you asked for assistance. The location was great.

It was probably an oversight on my part, but the room did not have a window—which would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Location was very good and the staff was nice and helpful.

The room was so small and the air conditioning was blowing so hard directly over the bed, I could never get it to stop no matter what I did. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but if it had been longer it would have been an issue. Bathroom had no counter space at all.

The location is strategies along the heritage building in the heart of George Town. Muntri Maison has a peaceful vibe, with cozy spaces and a laid-back atmosphere. The interior design is often noted for its minimalistic and mainly white theme.

However, Muntri Maison is lack of facilities such as a full gym and pool. While Muntri Maison has a coffee machine in the room, but there lack of tea bags.

Location is excellent. Close to a lot of eateries. Very walkable to everywhere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and tidy.

Excellent clean modern hotel near all amenities shops and transport.Staff were very friendly and helpful,particularly Shantok who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Solid accommodations, clean and secure. Short walk to neighborhood eateries, pubs and shopping.

We're tall people so with the headboard, the bed was too short us.

The Decoration is good as i requested

Double charge my payment and when i requested to speak to the manager which they ignoring my message after all.Staff making mistake for double charge i could understand but refund ask me to wait for them 2 weeks :) not willing to update me on the progress.

Convenient to walk around

The room floor sticky and had to inform for in room cleaning daily.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance of major attractions restaurants and bars in Georgetown. The rooms were to a great standard and were comfortable and clean. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to our needs. There was a small fridge in the room which was great.

The rooms do not have windows, so used lights all the time.

It is at an accessible location with many attractions around.

The room was a little small and overall interior was disappointing with the price charged not justifiable.

No parking space?

The location is very convenient for bar hopping, but parking is almost impossible.

the hotel is only about 3 months old but the walls had big nasty stains, i was locked in my own room several times because the door wasn’t functioning well. The toilet drainage is horrible. Water pools up at the shower area even if I’m taking a quick 10 min shower. Everything from the booking pic is only shown at an angle from real room. No breakfast/any other facilities as well. Honestly quite disappointing, but i was only here for a short stay. Use for sleeping only is fine. If you’re looking to actually relax and enjoy, I think there are better hotels at the area.

Our bathtub are leaking because we fill in water but not full but it's okey.

Close to everything.

Steep staircase to carry your bag up to your room.No porter.No iron in the room.You have to request the cleaning of your room with indicator light.The sign on the door handle is not good enough. No place to store clothes. NOT SUITABLE FOR OLDER PEOPLE .

location is great. around the corner of love lane. the design is good as well. bit contemporary and esp the bathroom is well designed.

we don’t think the staff is already well trained to run this new hotel. You get free bottles of water. however one of our bottles was already opened and three-quarter full. we assume it was the bottle from the previous guest and housekeeping didn’t change secondly there were several hairs in the shower and bathtub. cleaning was not properly done. also stains in some of the sheets. We left the room at twelve and signposted for housekeeping. when we came back at 5pm the room was not done. the girl at reception mentioned it would be done when we were leaving for dinner. when we left we checked with the desk and the same staff mentioned that room could not be done anymore because it had been so busy. after we complaint about that attitude the room was done later that night. but that should not be discussion. housekeeping is an included part of the booking arrangement and you cannot just refuse housekeeping because it’s so busy. get your priorities and duties right.
