The room was lovely, the pool area was so picturesque and was right on the beach. The breakfast had so much choice and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely few days.

I had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained hotel. I absolutely loved the room, especially the unique bathtub on the balcony! The surroundings were beautiful and the overall ambience was very calming. Breakfast was great too (except for the mee goreng, which was a bit salty for me at the time). This hotel is perfect for those who appreciate privacy. I stayed during Raya, and while the midnight fireworks nearby were quite loud, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely come back!

near to the new Ferringhi Walk and access to cafes, night market. Breakfast is okay, service is good. Pool is shaded in the morning. very quiet and tranquil, suitable for a getaway from the busy city life. shower pressure is the best. very strong!

The main problem is the Room with sea facing view is blocked by trees. Even I send a request message 'A room with sea view' just after I booked the room, still I stayed in blocked sea view room after I check-in.Also, the delay in replenishing mugs during breakfast time was unprofessional.

I loved the pool. It was outstanding and probably the best pool in Batu Feringghi. This provides a certain amount of peace and tranquillity! Additionally it is a fairly peaceful and quiet resort especially when you're by the pool.

Beautiful hotel with calming, aesthetic surroundings, lots of greenery, and very helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast selection is good enough, we also had our lunches there (at The Bungalow) but lunch menu can be improved though I'm assuming it won't be very cost efficient for the hotel to have so many things. Poolside was nice too, very relaxing.

The noise/loud music that can be heard from the balcony on Friday night (this is coming from next to the hotel, not within the hotel itself), so I suppose that is something they can't control. On my stay here many years ago it was also the same but I think the rooms are more soundproof now somehow as the noise was muffled once the sliding doors are closed. Also the smoke from a tractor (?) that was tugging on a boat (not sure what it's doing exactly?) from next door was also an issue as it drifted towards the poolside in the afternoon. But unfortunately the staff can't do anything about it as it's from outside the Lone Pine property, so took it upon myself to tell them off, though I wonder if the management could come to an arrangement with the local council about that as it's really polluting.

Nice facilities, relaxing, good pool area. Good room with balcony and view. Good breakfast.

The pool is large and comfortable, with towels and other facilities arranged very well. The breakfast options are diverse, and the flavors are all quite good. The overall hotel environment is very comfortable, making people feel at ease. The room is spacious, and the cleaning staff are very friendly.

We checked in relatively late, around 12 o'clock. A deposit is required upon check-in, and the staff only provided us with one room card. We also confirmed whether there was only one, to which the staff said yes. But when we checked out, another staff asked if there was only one room card, I said yes , she said"I don't think so." If your hotel is so concerned about this room card, it might be better to include it in the system query so that you don't have to question customers at check-out, even though there's no deposit, such doubts can be quite uncomfortable.

We had a spacious room with a kettle and iron overlooking the pool and the sea. The balcony was the size of a small room!The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had plenty for everyone. They even gave me a tea pot and a small jug of milk and remembered each day. There were plenty of quiet spaces to relax in. The pool was lovely to relax by.The hotel is located on the quieter end of the beach. It's on the bus route 101 for George town, 102 for airport. The night markets are right outside with amazing variety of food

I wish I could have stayed longer and not had to leave. I don't recommend the restaurant in the evening. The food was a disappointment.
