I emailed your site about my eyeglasses left behind inside the master bedroom’s drawer. Can someone check it for me pls? And i can arrange to have it shipped to me

Initial booking breakfast was selected, but I was told it is not included during chk in .

Spasious room. No smelly odours in the toilet. Nice view. Perfect location.

Curtain a bit thin. Tv channel not many choice to select. Hope to have proper pantry at dining area like wash basin.

Staff: Very helpful. I accidentally left my belongings there, and the staff kindly offered to courier them back to me.

Some of the staff are very arrogant and not friendly (male receptionist, not sure with the name). We got some problems but he seems not helpful for a solution or option.No laundry bag available in the exec suite. The housekeeper claimed OOS.The room is not very clean, not suitable with babyThe sliding door area has black dirt and the toilet's floor is dirty and clogged

Near airport. Near food court for makan. Free water provided by pool. And towels too.

Second bathroom no shower curtain. Toilet gets wet and dangerous. Basic amenities can be improved (more items). When i arrived, there were only 2 sets were prepared. Booking was for 4 pax. Swimming pool water was salty. Not sure why. Fruity shampoo, body n conditioner in room not to everyone's liking.

Sloppy housekeeping. When I arrived there was no toilet paper and the room safe did not work. Housekeeping should check these before guests arrive.

Very dated facility. Needs serious upgrading. My son was bitten 5 times by mosquitoes during the night.

The swimming pool is awesome. Hotel reception staff are professional and friendly. The room is very well maintained and we got a lovely view of the golf course and hill. The airconditioner and hot water are great !! Oh yes, the pillows are superb, a true signature of Marriot hotels.

I came with my car on the first day. I was disappointed to know that the basement carpark does not have any elevator to the lobby when I already parked the car as informed by the concierge. I have knee pains. Didn't expect a Marriott brand hotel has no link-up lift to the lobby. Also, please place some hotel slippers in the suites as the floor is not carpeted and can be quite cold for the elderly. Don't wait for us to request for it.

The room is clean, well prepared with all amenities expected. Breakfast is excellent with generous spread ... and pillows...its very comfy and we love it
