Staff couldn't be more helpful. Our family room was an excellent size with a beautiful view of the pool and sea. Sunset bar was our favourite place to welcome in the evening. Toiletries left in bathroom smelled amazing. Plenty of sun loungers Location

Lots of grit/sand at the bottom of the pool that was rather sharp and caused a few grazes/cuts to toes. Could do with hoovering out.

Room was clean and comfortable, the view from the room was very beautiful. breakfast was top notch, the amenities and facilities by the beach were amazing! the pool was spacious and well equipped, there's plenty of sunbed around, the amazonia and pool slides were the kids favourite

The staff is super friendly, the breakfast buffet was great. The room service is good and flexible. Water games are everywhere and accessible, but expensive.

The hotel is on the beach yet doesn’t offer chairs or seats on the beach. This was a little bit problematic for my old parents. The buffet could afford more “ Signatur fruits “ of Malaysia. Other wise everything was ok.

We were welcome with a cooling welcome drink. Staff is friendly and kids love the pool. The room was spacious and balcony is fantastic. Though, there was a flying fried chicken from the floor upstairs on our last night. Breakfast is great. We tried the seafood buffet dinner and were really happy when the staff informed us of the promotions! Walking down the beach, there are fire shows in the evening.

It’s a little far from the city centre (getting there) but there’s lots to explore around once you’re there.

The hotel itself was comfortable and enjoyable, but the situation at checkout was extremely frustrating. Items placed inside our luggage disappeared after staff handled it. We immediately informed the hotel, yet they were slow to respond and unwilling to properly investigate or check CCTV footage. This lack of accountability seriously affected our trust and overall impression.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent facilities (especially the well-equipped gym), an outstanding variety of breakfast options, and a unique atmosphere surrounded by wild nature with monkeys all around.

The breakfast restaurant was usually crowded, and it was common to see a queue at the entrance.There are many dangerous jellyfish in the waters around Penang, so it’s best to think carefully before swimming in the sea. We avoided this part of our vacation as well as almost all the guests.

Pool and sea beach was clean.

Only one thing: when my daughter felt sick and fever, I went to clinic and before I explain the case, I was told that to see a doctor you should be charged 200Rm excluding any medication. That wasn’t expected from a 5 star hotel (at least first aid service should be free and the woman we met was rude and she didn’t even listen to us and cared only with money)

Love the toilet heating. Amazing and refreshing sleep every night. Convenient, because train station is connected to the hotel. Friendly staff, very patient when we could not speak Japanese. We were not kept waiting at all during check in, the staff immediately came to pick up our luggage before we even stepped into the lobby. Very beautiful and welcoming. We loved the japanese restaurant in to hotel (we forgot the name)! Very yummy Shiitake mushroom dish!

The furniture was a little outdated/old. Morning buffet was nice but could have more types of food to make up to the price we payed for.

Excellent location in Batu Ferringhi. Rooms are well maintained.Kid friendly with lots of activities.

The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The pool and water slides were wonderful for the children, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The access to the hotel from George Town has been quite challenging, with each trip taking approximately 40–50 minutes due to ongoing road construction.

Everything was great, perhaps a larger adult pool is needed for couples but as a family it's perfect
