Air condition wasn?t working even when we complained no one came and fixed it. Room was too hot in the night

however due to construstion aside a the time we stay, it's give us feeling like unsafe to walking outside somemore the beach is so open to public. the pool for adult & kids is different level.. i like the separation but likely if same level must be better..it will not affect the lift & i can see some mother struggling with her kids alone to go up.

I really loved my stay at Angsana Teluk Bahang. The hotel is right on the beach, and the rooms are modern, super comfortable, and perfectly oriented towards the sea—the view is incredible!The pool area and the overall vibe are great, and I noticed the microclimate there is really pleasant and refreshing. The food was also a highlight, with a huge variety and high quality every day.While the location is a bit far from the city center, it wasn't an issue at all because they provide a free shuttle bus to the city and nearby spots. A huge shoutout to the staff who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We forgot an expensive gold ring after leaving the room, and when we returned immediately, it was missing. A housekeeping staff member was present at the time, and there was no cooperation from the hotel.

Breakfast was great, a lot of choices.

Water could easily slip through below the door and wet the floor basin area. May improve sealing

A bit far from town.

Everything was great, so much so we extended another night. Beds were comfy, facilities are accessible.

Not the fault of property - but just know that it’ll take you close to an hour just to get Georgetown area if you want to see the city, and another hour back to hotel. Traffic along Batu Feringghi is awful.

We had an enjoyable 4-night stay in Angsana Teluk Bahang. Our Deluxe room is spacious, with a balcony that overlooks the sea and a big bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas. We love love love the very comfortable bed. Big shout out to the service staff, Masum, in charge of cleaning our room and providing turn down service. We shelved many initial city exploration plans to spend more time in the pool and on the beach.

Since we do not drive, it can be rather difficult to get Grab at certain times of the day. Exorbitant in room dining prices

The f&b staff for in-dining and breakfast; the noise coming from the road though a 5-star resort should be soundproof; breakfast spread wasn’t up to expectation

Excessively High Room Temperature:** The room was noticeably and uncomfortably hot. The air conditioning unit was ineffective and unable to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. This was especially aggravating given the hot weather and the fact that the expected relief of swimming in the sea was unavailable.*Severe Hygiene and Mold Concerns: * There were **visible stains and dirt on the walls** of the room. * Most alarmingly, there were **suspicious black spots, likely mold,** around and inside the air conditioning vents. This is a serious health and safety concern, as inhaling mold spores can lead to respiratory issues, particularly for guests with allergies or asthma.

The location was picture perfect. But the absolute highlight was the hotel itself, nestled into a backdrop of rain-forested mountains and expansive views from every room of the Andaman Sea. Designed by the the Petaling-Jaya born architect Lillian Tay, Angsana's infinity pools and floating pavilions and the incredible foyer using reclaimed timbers ...Wow!. The staff were wonderful and our room was so comfortable. Breakfast offered lots of choices. We had an unforgettable stay.

Wi-fi was a little slow at times and the beach area would have benefited from an onsite groundsman to keep things tidy (some guests aren't as tidy as others).

I like Jendela - all day dining . Breakfast is predictable, which I like. Especially loves the lap pool in front of Jendela. The reason I chose to stay there for the 4th time ( 10-12/8/2025). Can still do my routine morning laps even during holiday. Good length and can have my shower at the changing room behind the gym , have my breakfast straight after, without needing to go up to my room. The beach in front is quiet and quite private.

the shower pressure in the changing room behind the gym is low. pillows are too hard. Would be good if management can offer pillow menu like some other hotel ( G Hotel, does ).

Friendly staff and a beautiful location.

The food was definitely subpar. And you need to take a short taxi ride if you want to be someplace other than the resort.

The rooms were large with a lovely view & balcony

Our room was the furthest away from the pool & restaurant.We found a lot of staff could not understand English .

Breakfast ok, executive breakfast limited option

Water from the bottles made my whole family sick. Diarhea cramps and so on. Once the water was stopped symptoms stopped as well. Paid a lot of money for executive room and no sink, microwave and limited cutlery.

Super clean and comfy

The lift from the lobby hotel is too far to go to the room. You have to park at basement near the lift to go to the room

Beautiful room. Big. Good equiped. If you book sea view it will be amazing.

Light system in room had issues. Could not turn off some lights. Housekeeping restarted the room servers.Swimming pool is directly in front of dining restaurant area. Not even a visual separation. If you swim while other people eat ...I just didn't like that From a 5 star resort I expect something else

The room is spacious , the staff are generally friendly and helpful.

The facilities is very basic. 2 general pool, one for family and one for general public. Nothing special just a swim able pool. So call there is an entertainment room with 3 outdated arcade game, a CarRon board, and a pool table that are missing balls and that’s it. Only 1 ping pong table with a very old bat and is place right outdoor where is impossible to play the game. Small area to access the beach and is not clean and absolutely not inviting. When you first step in the room, there’s this musky smell like a wet wood that has not been dried and the house keeping is not doing a good job which I have to request 3 time for my room to be clean properly. There’s definitely potential with the hotel but until they refurbish it or restructure with better management, don’t think I will be back again.
