DoubleTree by Hilton Cairns is 5 minutes' walk from the shopping, dining precinct and entertainment and business center of Cairns. The hotel is just a 15-minute drive from the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Each room at DoubleTree includes air conditioning, satellite TV and a minifridge. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer views across the Coral Sea, the surrounding mountains or Cairns city. Wake up to a delicious continental or buffet breakfast at Atrium Breakfast restaurant offers extensive selection of over 100 menu items with room service is available 24/7. The hotel’s on-site tour desk is happy to assist with any tours, Reef trips or outings. DoubleTree by Hilton Cairns and its outlets are now cashless. The pool and The Vine Room are temporarily closed, with the pool set to reopen on September 1, 2025. - Best location. Very good service.
- Location is very close to everywhere. Staff is very nice. Enjoy every minutes of stay.
- Had a great room in the end.
Cons -
- Hard to control the room temperature.
- First room we had on level 3 was wet and moldy, we got the room changed
- Getting woken up at 2am to a screaming cat fight (drunk women) outside our balcony was not good
