It is in a wonderful location and in walking distance to many of Innsbrucks main highlights. It had a very charming European feel with all the modern amenities. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.

Very nice location , modern and clean hotel .

The shower area in the room has no privacy .. they must add a curtains .Also breakfast was without egg station so you will not have many options to order incase of allergy.

Clean and modern. Free laundry was a nice feature. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Several lockers in the luggage storage were broken causing us to have to just leave our luggage exposed in the room.

Location is perfect for central Innsbruck.

Rooms are a bit cramped especially the bathroom with little space to place personal items. Breakfast is good though the hot items tend to become cold.

Everything was wonderful. I love the scent of the hotel.

I felt like the bar was better when we stayed there 2 years ago. The bartenders were friendly, but it seemed like the ingredients were more limited and the seasonal cocktails weren't as exciting and creative as they were before.

The hotel staff weren’t very nice — they didn’t let us have the room even a minute before 3:00 p.m. Even after 3:00 p.m., we still had to wait for our room. The hotel staff didn’t apologize at all, and the receptionist even laughed about it.

Love the cleaning staff like the location love the service staff and love the laundry room ❤️

The room was clean, modern, located well. The parking was close and easy to find. The view from the Mountain View room was fantastic.

Really great location right near the old town center. The hotel is really clean and comfortable.

The parking is difficult to find and very tight.

Hotel is in a pedestrian road, we were not given instructions to the parking.The receptionist were not friendly at all, except Patrick, he made the stay good!

Breakfast buffet is terrific. Great location. Front desk staff very good also. Fun little hotel.

GPS couldn’t take us to hotel. One morning a male maid entered the room without knocking while we were getting ready. Very unnerving.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous, Location was central to everything we wanted.

Staff ran into our room 2 times even though we said no because I was during breast feeding, and didn’t apologize, just kept arguing.During the last two nights the staff didn’t clean our room (even though we ask for and complained a few times) didn’t replace towels, shampoo and toilet paper run out.
