Pros +
- The staff are so kind and efficient. Katharina and Timea were very kind till our loading into the taxi. Also, the restaurant under the same owner was excellent for food quality, ambiance, and the server, Thomas.
- Breakfast was great but limited vegan options . Staff were amazing . Beds were extremely comfortable. The location was central and all major attractions were within 4-10 min walking radius .
- Location, staff!
Cons -
- The bathroom in the lobby was not clean. All TV channels were in German.
- Room was on top floor, stairs from 4th floor on..
- I had an econo room which was all that was available - dark and plain - would have liked a suite with a window and more light

The location was perfect, and the breakfast amazing! Best part of our stay was meeting Monica - she was full of information and so helpful. Wonderful place to stay!

The location was really good.
We stayed on the second floor, directly below the hotel’s rooftop restaurant. The noise was significant and made it impossible to sleep until the restaurant closed. We could clearly hear customers, dishes, and chairs being moved late into the night (around midnight). Then, before 6 a.m., we were again woken by staff moving chairs and tables to prepare the area for breakfast. This level of noise was very disruptive, and we found it inconsiderate that guests were placed in rooms directly beneath such an active restaurant area without adequate soundproofing or warning. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very unreliable. Sometimes it worked, but at other times it was extremely slow. On one occasion it took several minutes just to load Google Maps.
The location is in the heart of Old Town above a restaurant making it convenient for travelers. The staff is very helpful for early morning travelers by ordering a taxi and packing breakfast for guests to take away.
Room design is awkward.
Very good. Clean. Staff helpful. Great location. In the old town. Enjoyed stay
I don’t like the thick cover on hotel beds. They are terrible hot. Pillows very flat. But most hotels use them now but im not fond of them
Location , friendly staff, wonderful restaurant
No parking
Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
a very comfortable room in the historic center of Innsbruck. Quiet, yet the surrounding neighborhood was full of good restaurants and beautiful buildings.
I can not wait to come back! This small boutique hotel was phenomenal. Probably the best place I have ever stayed. The receptionist Maria went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The airlines lost my bag and she went out of her way to make calls and help us get it back. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was so helpful and great customer service. Hot fresh cooked items, amazing coffee (oatmilk options for those who are dairy free), fresh squeezed juices, mimosa fixins….. everything you could want! Beautiful room in a very convenient location in old town lots of restaurants, bars, and shops all around. About a 15 minute walk from train station we did this with luggage and it was not bad at all.
Location of the hotel in the old part of town is ideal. Very close to cozy restaurants and shops. Super restaurant and wine bar in the hotel. Great selection of food, very well prepared. Free breakfast was also excellent.
No access to the hotel by car. You have to park about 500 meters away in an underground parking lot which does not have any elevators to access street level. Therefore if you have heavy luggage with you, this is extremely inconvenient as you have to walk up 1-2 flights of stairs with you luggage and then walk to the hotel while trying to find the property. Room quality is average. Not many amenities included in the room i.e. toothbrush, creams/lotions etc. View from the room was a service courtyard, therefore somewhat noisy and no view.
Perfect location Great comfortable place to stay. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and knowledgeable
No refrigerator in room.
Great location, nice room and shower
Parking is bit far to lug sore cases
Staff, location, room and breakfast were excellent.
Great location, the people are amazing, and the restaurant is one of the best in Innsbruck.
The bed is way too firm
Gorgeous hotel, very classy, staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Ideally located in old town. Accommodations were phenomenal! View from our room looked down on the main street.
No fridge in room. There is no parking at hotel but we took the bus and walked to hotel.
It was a warm evening, and a weekend night so the area was filled with people. Unbeknownst to us, the room had air conditioning so we were able to sleep in total comfort and keep the windows closed to escape the outside noises. We had to leave quite early the next morning; the hotel packed us a breakfast box and phoned for a taxi for us. Our stay was easy and in walking distance to just about everything.
Very uniquely decorated room, it was very clean and comfortable, and right in the heart of old town.
