Good location, clean room, excellent spa and food.

friendly place in the center of nice town, good starting point for walks, local bus stop nearby, comfortable room, good breakfast, parking was an asset

everything was fine, as a side not - majority of people staying was at that time rather older than younger.

The furniture, although a bit outdated, was perfectly fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was clean. I like the Property and the interior. The Location is out of Innsbruck, but it was also with pleasant local environment.

The Breakfast is not too varied. But it’s okay

- The amazing breakfast was buffet, and you can eat a great variety of things. - It has two swimming pools, which are connected. One is inside and one is outside.- It has a bar where one can take a drink (but we didn´t use it).- The staff members at reception are very helpful and nice. - There is a bus running from in front of the hotel to Inssbruck, and it´s for free with a ticket they give you at reception. That bus also runs till the cable car that will take you up to the Patscherkofel mountain´s top.

The room was a bit loud because of the noise of the cars on the street

A really comfortable place to stay, pleasant SPA area and a good pool. Ample parking was a huge plus, as was the friendliness of the staff.

room was way too hot and no thermostat. And i couldn't find my way out of the SPA and back to my room; the signs are not good enough..

The view from the hotel room was simply amazing. Drinking coffee on the balcony every morning felt like such a privilege.Good hygiene in the room on arrival. The cleaners did a good job tidying up during our stay.Sauna was great, multiple options.The indoor pool is good and the outdoor pool is heated properly and therefore very comfortable.The bar is open till late. Special thanks to bartender Jeffrey for making cocktails according to our wishes! Such extra effort is much appreciated. Definitely worth revisiting.

No king size or queen size bed option. The two single beds against eachother has it's downsides when you're a couple on vacation. The quality of the beds itself is good.Dinner was good on some days, but on other days less enjoyable. However there are options close by to dine at as well.

Nice comfortable rooms, great restaurant and friendly staff. Nice facilities and ski storage. Bus stop right outside.

All members of staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Good parking facilities, even for taller vehicles. Good choice for food available when taking the half board option. Great location for local walks and skiing, and an excellent free public bus service to Innsbruck using the hotel issued visitor card.Very good leisure facilities.

Could not understand why they kept the cover over the outdoor section of the swimming pool!

Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy room with an amazing view from the window. Delicious breakfast. The hotel has everything and more that you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Definitely gonna come back to Innsbruck and stay here. We were able to do the check-in early + room was big clean with a very beautiful view and modern bathroom, the food was very delicious ( breakfast and dinner) all the receptionists were very friendly. And they allowed us to leave our luggages there after we checked out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The weather was perfect—sunny and pleasant—and the mountains surrounding Innsbruck were absolutely stunning.

Serious concerns about guest safety, privacy, and comfort.Upon check-in on Sunday, 27/10/2024, at around 16:00, I completed the registration form with all required personal information, including my address and passport number. I was issued a room key (card) and spent the night at the hotel. Despite this, I was interrupted twice during breakfast the following morning and informed that the hotel had no record of my arrival. I was asked to repeat all registration paperwork (during breakfast), even though I had checked in, provided all necessary details, and had stayed in my assigned room overnight.This situation suggests that my original registration form, containing sensitive personal information, was either lost or mishandled. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s compliance with GDPR and the security of guests' personal data. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, I was advised simply to “ignore the problem and enjoy the weather.”Additional issues included a substandard breakfast—so disappointing that after the first morning, I opted to pay for breakfast at the nearby Sporthotel Igls, which offered far much better quality just a 2-minute walk away. Furthermore, excessive noise from delivery trucks beginning as early as 4-5 AM made restful sleep impossible. Lastly, the photos in the advertisement were misleading, failing to accurately represent the hotel’s actual conditions.

Amazing location with a short bus ride to downtown Innsbrook.

We were asked to move twice during breakfast because the area was reserved for other customers, but there was no greeter to tell you where to sit.

Great room with plenty of space and a nice comfortable bed. Very good food at the restaurant and a very good brekkie too.

Convenient location with bus every 10 minutes to Innsbruck. Nice pool and spa. Friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast good. Tea, coffee offered in the lobby lounge.

There‘s only one daily standard dinner available for a very decent price of 23 Euro only for a three course menu. However the style of the dinner is rather simple and does not reflect the high standard of the hotel in total.

Saunas are OK.

Visible dirt even on the surfaces that are usable - ex: towel rail. Glass door to the toilet (see picture below :D). Even if you are OK with that view, the sound insulation is absent. Saunas are opened only until 20.00 (we have chosen this hotel purely because we were looking with sauna). Street noise. Church is only a few meters away and is ringing every 15 minutes. Breakfast is below average.

Very nice and cosy hotel , to be recomanded for ski vacation or mountain activities

For us the 10 km aprox from Innsbruck center on a very curve route was a disadvantage but it is ok if not more trips needed in Innsbruck during 1 day
