Great location relative to the bus and train station. Only a short walk into the old city. Very good breakfast selection.

It was located in the heart of Innsbruck.

The room was atrocious. Gouges in what I imagine they may label a writing table, very small television sitting on top of a rickety table. Shower so small, it was difficult to turn around. I would be dissatisfied with this room if it was rated two stars.

beautiful very large room with great view of the mountains; great location close to city centre and railway station, great breakfast buffet for free. fantastic local cuisine. we were travelling as a couple and the staff was very accommodating.

I could not tell....but I do speak German, which made communicating very easy.

Location in the city center. You can walk around all main sights. Nice restaurant interiors. Quite good breakfast. Really hot sauna.

A little bit strange shower with glass walls. But it can be cowered with a curtain. There were some renovation works in the hotel but it was not noisy or dirty.

Only used for an overnight stay whilst travelling, and could have stayed longer. Comfortable room with opening window to get some fresh air and views of surrounding mountains.Included breakfast was a great way to start the day. Staff very friendly and helpful.Walking distance to main train station and markets in town.

Pillows in room very soft. Having a firm and a soft option would be good.

The staff. Specially the reception manager. Even I was hospitalized and didn’t use the service night before, they still charge me for the. Really bad attitude. They even didn’t feel sorry.

The Location is perfect! Quick 5 minute walk from old town and even closer to the OBB Train station. Lots of great restaurants near by as well!

The rooms seemed a bit smaller than I originally thought. Rooms seemed slightly outdated.

Bathroom shower was see through and leaked all outside the shower onto carpet

The rooms were well-appointed and the bed, sheets and comforter were exceptional

Great little hotel. It has a wonderful restaurant. It is located close to the city center but sits out of the fray, so it is quiet and comfortable and felt very safe. My room was simple but had all the things one might need. Everything was very clean. I found it to be a great value for the price.

Nice size room and large bathroom. Very close to train station. Easy walk to highly recommended sights.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station and the city center and train station.We arrived at the hotel very early, and although the room wasn’t ready, they were happy to store our luggage while we explored the city.

It was at a great location, although construction was going on in the surrounding area. Room was quite large and well appointed. Breakfast had a great variety with good cold cuts. Breads were superb.

Internet could have been a bit faster.

Nothing really

We have stayed at the Sailer several times. The location is very good, just a block from the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the old town. There are good restaurants nearby and a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding with great variety and the personnel are friendly.

The redecorated room is very plain although the new windows are good at keeping out the noise. There was a major construction project going on across the street which began at 7 each morning which was annoying and noisy. The cost for such plain accommodations is too high.
