Pros +
- Very pretty hotel in the lobby, was easy enough to find and close to the train station to walk. Lobby lounge is gorgeous and great vibes. Bar was empty even though it's August and the height of travel season. Seemed odd.
- Location was convenient
- Loved rooftop pool and sauna, good breakfast included (not in sauna).
Cons -
- Staff were a bit cold, but did their jobs sufficiently, so no real complaints. Breakfast was the only disappointment.
- Front desk hostesses were not very wecoming; lobby and bar were terrific; rooms need a facelift.
- Pretty full. Couldn’t extend stay more than one day. Not their fault! Hotel is popular. Some rooms are a little dark.

The location of hotel was good in sense its very close to central Innsbruck where you would be spending most of your time. You can also find bus stops 3 mins walk away and also supermarkets another 1 min away from bus stop. We tend to pick fruits and yogurt as we were travelling with a baby, so give high preference to this. The gentleman at check in desk was very polite & friendly, ready to give us directions and suggestions for city exploration. The buffet spread was good, given we were travelling with our 2 yr old - we did not feel any challenge. The rooms were also spacious
Nothing, the stay was good and comfortable. The hotel is about 1 km away from Innsbruck Hbf (main train station), which isnt much of walk on a regular day but we overestimated our potential with bags and baby. If for some reason you cant walk much to hotel from train station, plan for bus route which the city is very well connected through.
The breakfast was exceptional. The room was spacious, facilities were clean and we had a beautiful view of the mountains.
Unfortunately, the bed was a bit lumpy and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat.
Breakfast was good; room seemed big enough to accomodate all guests. Mostly typical buffet, but did have plenty of local breads and cheeses. Happily saw the little sign saying they would cook eggs to order.Pool on the upper floor, with a sauna, and outside a hot tub. Pool was a little cool for me, but hot tub felt nice in the outdoor chill. Was a convenient location for the old town, restaurants and this time of year the Christmas markets.
No complaints.
Great location, very walkable to all the major attractions as well as the central train station (Innsbruck Hbf). The hotel exceeded our expectations with ambiance, plenty of options for the morning breakfast, and sauna/pool/hot tub on the top floor. The staff were very helpful.
Pool was great for kids
Close location to bus pickup for Swarovski tour
Location, room, facilities, and the pool!
The hotel's location is right in the center of the old city.
The rooms are very small. Reasonable breakfast.
The hotel is very close to the old city. Exellent and varied breakfast. the hotel staff is available and happy to answer any question/requests. Recommended hotel
Location Clean Facility
Spa Facility not operating before 4 pm
This hotel is conveniently located near the Altstadt (old section of city). The staff was very helpful with direction to different places, storing luggage and identifying restaurants nearby, and our room met all of our needs.
Great location close to the old town. Clean and modern hotel. Provides access to the spa (though we did not have time to enjoy it). Huge underground parking (basically that is a public parking with direct access to hotel) with EV charging capabilities. Good breakfast with multiple options and good quality. Rooms are clean and comfy - nothing special, but also nothing to complain about.
Breakfast area was a bit crouched and staff could not fully handle it - the coffee machines required service / beans / milk addition, so one did not work and the queue lined up at another one.
This modern place has the feel of a business hotel. the room was comfortable and the location couldn't be more convenient to the tourist sites of Innsbruck. We were able to park in the limited area of the city garage reserved for the hotel, although we got the very last spot.
I thought it was pricey.
Beautiful spa style hotel with views from the roof top spa
WiFi not good they really need to improve
Great location, extremely friendly staff, near historical old town and many restaurants
We were disappointed the sauna and wellness area was closed. We were informed at the desk about a water issue. I wish we would have been told prior to arrival.
The Sauna and Jacuzzi in the wellness center came in pretty handy after the day of trekking. Florian at the front desk gave an excellent recommendation for trekking in the mountains nearby that are accessible by cable car. Breakfast was good and they also prepare omelette on request.
Great location, very near old town, royal palace, funacular rail to top of Innsbruck. Nice facilities, comfortable room.
Restaurant had no availablity. Pillows really uncomfortable foam---so different from most in Alp hotels.
Quiet comfortable new very clean room and just a few footsteps from Old Innsbruck. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. I would return
