Hotel Mondschein

The location (across the river) allowed for easy access to everything in the city, rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was great- from yogurt to breads, scrambled eggs, the works. Also, the staff were wonderful, from breakfast to front desk.

The room was very bare-bones and it was difficult to manage the thermostat. The shower was strangely configured and allowed for water to spray out over the sink and the floor.

We really enjoyed our experience at Hotel Mondschein. Very clean and great location. Able to walk everywhere we wanted.

We wished our room had a view. We were told we were getting a very quiet room (had not asked for this) but thought ok. The reason for it being quiet was that the window faced an inner wall. oh well, next time will know better.

Breakfast. Rooms. Elevated doors were unique. The reception candy, the receptionist! All great

They wouldn’t let me have an extra person in the room :(

Location

Everything was amazing, from the moment we arrived, we were welcome by a very kind receptionist! the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. There is a laundromat 3 minutes away from the hotel (walking distance), that was very convenient.

No negative comments

The fact that our car didnt fit in the hotel garage and we had to use a different one. The issue with the other garage was that we never knew if we would get a spot or not and we had to pay every time we left the garage

The hotel is in a very old building but all the amenities are very modern. The view from our room was beautiful. The location is good too, not far to walk to the main sites. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is located very centrally, on a beautiful location next to the river and close to the center. The room was clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable (although for a single person). The breakfast didn't have too many choices like in some bigger hotels, but it was very good.

Having a kettle in the room would be good. I was surprised there were only hard boiled eggs for breakfast. This might be local tradition. In any case, the breakfast had a very good choice of food, but maybe adding scrambled eggs would be a plus.

Room was clean and quiet and staffs gave us good informations to tour Innsbruck. Building was pretty.

Staff greeted us with smiles and it was nice they all new at least some English. The location was perfect, just across the river from the Christmas markets and city Square. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Overall, a splendid experience.

Beautiful location, close to downtown but surprisingly quiet on the 3rd floor. Fantastic views with big windows and a spacious room. easy access to public transportation as we never drive when we travel in europe. Breakfast was very nice and fully stocked. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Seemed very in line with other hotels price wise and for the money: excellent. Would definitely stay again. Love innsbruck!

The location is excellent and the Staff was very kind (Patrick helped us)

They gave us an exposed room, internal, we had to keep the curtains closed.Parking is public, not at the hotel. It’s very hard to stop when you get at the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good and run by a very efficient person. Location is excellent with a room overlooking the river. there is a room downstairs with a tea/coffee area where you can sit quietly and read a book. The history of the hotel is interesting.

a fridge would be handy but the staff are happy to put items in the bar area to keep cold for you.

Location was great for walking, cute bar area attached to the hotel, and breakfast was amazing. Staff were also very helpful.
