Hotel Goldener Adler, BW Signature Collection

The location of the hotel was perfect. It is right next to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the rooms were immaculately clean.

The rooms are small and the furnishings dated. I felt like the price and the location made up for this.

There was nothing to not like. The staff was excellent! The accommodations were clean and above what you would expect!! And the location was UBER!!!

Great location, nice and helpful staff although they were on the serious side. Room we had on the 1st floor was amazing and we were very happy here. Weiner schnizel was very good in the restaurant.

Can't beat the location. Right in the heart of Old Town. Historic building was great (what a surprise for a Best Western). Very cool. We walked to the zoo, recommend that!

Would be nice to have a hot tub.

Location was perfect. in the middle of old town but close to drop off point by our driver. Breakfast was amazing. Staff even cooked eggs for us. Room very spacious for being in the old town. Something we didnt appreciate till our later stays in other cute older hotels in other cities. LOL!Oh, and the restaurant has amazing fried chicken!

The only thing that could have been better was the weather. LOL! But that's not their fault. We enjoyed out stay immensely

The historical significance, the age, the setting, the tributes to past guests, everything was fascinating and thrilling. It was also immaculately clean and comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and safe...even for such a busy place!

Great hotel in a very old building just steps from the golden roof. Very helpful staff, no matter who was at the front desk! Great restaurant for dinner and coffee in the morning. In the heart of old Innsbruck easy walk to everywhere including the cable car to the top of Innsbruck. The staff was VERY helpful in guiding us to exactly the kind of hikes we wanted to do including how to use the busses and our (free) city pass.

The receptionists were incredible. Absolutely went above and beyond. It had a fabulous restaurant and historic beautiful location.

Some of the waiters were rude or awkward. The windows were very dirty.

The location was perfect!!! Right in the heart of the Old Town, the restaurant is delicious and the staff is wonderful! I thought the value for my two night stay was good considering other options in the area. When the AC issue happened, the staff did everything they could to accommodate me; I think it’s a programming issue with the hotel ownership so I don’t blame the staff at all. Lovely stay overall!

I had issues with the AC at night. It shut off every hour and had some sort of internal glitch. It’s supposed to do this during the day not the night, so I had one night of uncomfortable sleep. The next night I was told it was fixed and it was not; they did move me to another room right away so I could get a good nights sleep - there’s no breeze in Innsbruck due to the location between the mountains, so I told the staff this needs to be fixed before letting someone else stay there.

The location is absolutely unbeatable in Innsbruck. You cannot possibly expect to stay more in the historical centre. Parking is still close by - very convenient. We arrived late and there was no more dinner in the hotel, but the staff suggested a delivery service which brought food to the room.

There is really nothing I can think about.

Cost to much, breakfast not included and to expensive, only instant coffee in room, had to pay for a cup of coffee in the lobby, fire alarm in hotel went off at 2AM, false alarm

Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. AC worked great during a severe heat wave. Staff were very helpful in storing my luggage while I was out in the mountains.

Location is great and convenient to parking garage. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was excellent. Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful historic property with unique decor. Rooms are updated with plenty of storage and comfortable beds.

Our room had a regular shower, but MIL had a tub shower that was a bit difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise comfortable.

Location was great. We had a car and the parking garage was about a 5 minute walk.

Bedding and pillows left a lot to be desired. WiFi did not work very well
