- The room had all that I needed, and it was clean. The staff were nice.
- It's a well localized hotel, a medium-small room but sufficient and cozy for a couple. We'd to pay 3 euros per person for tourist tax. Very clean, quiet and the shower is good. For sure a good option in Innsbruck.
Cons -
- No cups for water or ice. No personal check-in even tho we came at 5
- The only reason that I didn't say exceptional is that the hotel is not as conveniently located as I had hoped. A lot isn't within quick walking distance. However, I figured out the bus system, and there's a stop not that far from the hotel.
- Yhe hotel staff - they didn't tell us in advance that the hotel will be closed since 23th of December - We ware practically last guests. But this was not the only thing - the heating system was minimized on the day before our departure - the last night was not so comfortable. The breakfast on all days was not so good, but the last day was at the minimum. So this is a budget hotel, but it is not a hostel, so the price was not fair enough for the services at all. The facilities are good - the room was fantastic with a great view on both sides - obviously it was not the perfect time of the year for this hotel. But this town, at this time of the year - magical.Take the note, dear Hotel, it is for your service.

Excellent value for money — clean, bright, close to the centre, with friendly and helpful staff and beautiful mountain views from the rooms.
This hotel is perfect for solo travelers. It's modern and within walking distance of as good as everything. There is more than enough parking space in the neighborhood. The room has the right size. Special shout-out: the people from the reception are extremely friendly and helpful!
Only one thing: being a tall person, some doorways and the bathroom sink were quite low.
I liked the the modern design of the hotel. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was quite rich. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions.
The place is a bit far from city center but overall very good value for money
Great view and locationVery small room but well designedClean, and new
The room has no AC or fridge. The staff are not freindly or hospitable. On our first arrive we had some cheese with us and we asked the lady in the reception to put it for us in their fridge but she refused. The beds had only one thin pillow for each person when we asked for another pillow the lady in the reception kept asking us why do we need that and that they never had any complaints before and even came to our room herself to investigate more about our request as if we asked for something very wiered and got us the pillows but hardly after that. The internet is so weak.
The hotel was nicer than expected given the price. The breakfast is well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is in a quiet residential area, there is a large market very near, the Olympic stadium is a 5 min walk, and about 30 min walk or 10 min drive to the town center.
The hotel is very well equipped and the staff is very kind amd helpful. It is not so close to the central railway station, but there are several bus stops close to the hotel. If you are staying 2 nights or longer, remember to ask for the welcome card to have free local transport within the city.
Breakfest was 20€ per person per day. You can find some cafeteria or coffee with cheaper breakfest.
Staff were great, best breakfast out of the 3 places I stayed in Austria. I think I requested a room on a high floor, not sure but I got one. Beautiful views. Great location. Great stay. Thanks!

Very clean room and parking
No fridge , kettle or coffee making facilities
The two receptionists while checking in were very helpful and provided recommendations for the local area. As I was staying for over 2 nights they provided a welcome card (electronic) which allowed me to use the public transport for free. There are bus and tram stops nearby. Being as it is clearly advertised as a budget hotel, it matched my expectations. The breakfast had a large selection and the room had the essentials you need.
Sheets were not changed when the room was cleaned.
Lovely compact single room. Ease of entry and check in with phone but also supported by reception staff. Only about 20 min walk and tram from main station.
Unable to try breakfast as had ongoing works in this area of the hotel.
I liked the modern rooms, well decorated and that the location was easy walking distance to the inner city as well as close to public transport
Within the room, the noise in the hallway, other rooms were cleary heard. I had a person coughing in the room next to me and it sounded like he/she was next to me in the room. The blanket was dirty and the curtain was coming down from the rails. The walls were dirty with stains.
Modern, clean
Broken shower, no bath (was advertised to have one in my room), hotel was undergoing building work.
View into the mountains
Not clean, specially the bed and the sinkvery hellish, you could clearly hear the persons in the next room and on the floorroom very narrow, bed very small and uncomfortableParking situation not clear
I liked the room, the layout was perfect, cozy, and spacious.
I think a fridge or a kettle could have been useful in the room but no issue really. The shower was a tad broken in the sense the shower cord kept flopping over and not staying still in the holder. Forgot to mention it. This is normal stuff, nothing too bad
Honestly i didn't expect much because we were looking for a budget option and there wasn't a lot of option. However the hotel was just amazing. it is very new, cool modern design. Everything was perfect. Smart TV with Netflix and all. We were sick for a day while there and we enjoyed just even staying in the room.Great grocery store nearby. it is a bit away from the city centre, but we were fine even without a car.
The breakfast is very simple. We didn't buy a breakfast option and just ate outside.
Cosy room design, 20 minutes walking distance from the train station, quiet neighborhood. Elevator access to the rooms if needed.
Soundproofing is not ideal, the stairs access door was next to mine, and I heard everyone passing by.The breakfast was a bit light, but good for the price of it.
