Motel One Innsbruck

The room was cosy, with a gorgeous view of the town centre from the 9th floor. We also loved the lighting game in the bathroom (with many dimming settings).

What we were missing were some glasses or mugs and a kettle in the room. We did ask the reception for a kettle, but they didn't have one. Also, the breakfast buffet could do with more healthy options (especially healthy protein sources, like pure trout or salmon slices, instead of processed hams). The bread and pastry were spectacular however, super fresh and delicious — it would be great if there were some gluten-free options as well. :)

Located right next to the Hbf.They can store all your luggage before your check-in.Enjoyed the view of the stunning alps from the window.Clean.Relaxing and they have a rooftop bar resturant.

Lacks the following:Fridge, dryer ladder and a small trash can out of the bathroom.There was a tv screen with a live running background but couldn't find any remote (mostly it was there fixed only for the view).

Excellent location, short walking distance from main train station.Friendly staff at the counter.Large windows with a good view of the outside.

Room size small.Toilet small.Counter staff could not answer my questions promptly, which are typical tourist enquiries - E.g. Which bus stop to wait for bus to the airport? Any alternative route to Swarovski Kristallwelten?

If you want to be near the train station it is perfect.

Our welcoming from the hotel receptionist was not all that welcoming...we may have been spoiled by the other 5 places we stayed but she was not someone I would want welcoming peopleOur wifi did not work, so I went to the desk and the receptionist (different one...enjoyed his patience and help much more) gave us a different room instantly. I got the impression he was not surprised by my request which tells me it is a normal occurrence there? Maybe a free breakfast or something for having to pack up and move rooms.Location - wanted to be near the train station - but next time I would stay across the river.

The location is convenient right next to the train station. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main part of the old town. The lobby is nice and the rooms were clean.

This was a very expensive stay for what you get. Likely the costs were higher because of the time of year we went (Dec 27-30) so maybe more budget friendly other times but other hotels we stayed in during our trip were the same price (or cheaper) and much nicer. - The room is very small and hardly enough space for two people to put their luggage. Our view was also of the train tracks - I’m sure the other side of the building had nice views. - There was only one small blanket (only covered half the bed) and one bath towel for two people. There’s no phone in the room to call down to reception so we had to go down twice to ask for these. - no glasses for water, tea kettle or coffee. No mini fridge. The latter isn’t that big of a deal but we were really surprised by the lack of glasses and tea/coffee as that feels pretty standard. Again, had to go downstairs to ask for some water glasses which they then sent us to the restaurant for. - TV doesn’t work. We like to watch the news in other countries when we travel, but even this was very spotty. Not a big deal, but why have a TV with Netflix buttons etc if none of those things are offered? We didn’t want to go downstairs yet again to ask about this. Overall the stay was okay and had it been a lot cheaper we wouldn’t have cared about these things.

the hotle is clean with all the neaseacery facilites you could need.

I paid around 220€ for one night mainly because the room photos on Booking.com clearly showed a breathtaking mountain view. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my room was facing the Austrian railway, which was a complete surprise and very disappointing.The room itself was clean and had the necessary facilities, but these are things I could have easily found in much cheaper hotels. The main reason I chose this property was the view and it was not delivered at all.I feel misled by the photos used for the room on Booking.com, as the actual view was completely different from what was advertised.

Loved this hotel! The self check in was so easy and fast, the room far exceeded our expectations (especially given the price! love how it was decorated, comfortable bed), and location of the hotel was prefect. Would definitely stay here again on future trips to Luzerne.

Bed only had one pillow each, would have liked some extra pillows.

Location is pity far from old town

Great views, great location, proximity to the airport, clean room and very cozy, we liked the fire burning video on tv that automatically goes on every time we entered the room. The reception was very friendly and helpful with tips about the city.

Breakfast couldve had some additional features like eggs and warm food (sausages, bacon).

We had to wait for so long for the check in as there was a long queue of customers before us .The reception staff should be more efficient and organised.

I take super nice mountain view from the window in my room. The location is very great because I can walk to hotel. I can see hotel at the right hand side after suddenly I get out the train station.

Most importantly next to the train station, nice and clean

When i arrive there was noise from workings everywhere, impossible to relax in the room it was just too loud. Had to wait few hours outside so they finish with the noise. Not the best first stay.

Rooms are very small but functional.

My friend and I stayed here to visit the Christmas markets- we loved it. The location is great for coming and going to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small, so don't expect to spend any time relaxing in the room. The bar/lounge on the 13th floor was stunning, we hung out up there when we were at the hotel.

Provide hair conditioner! Shampoo + body wash is not enough for us girls.

Great view of the train station with no noise coming from it. Easy parking access to the hotel lobby, free umbrellas for walking around town.
