Location, free Innsbruck Card, breakfast, facilities and attentiveness of staff.

Walk in shower rather than bath/shower but not a big issue

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very accommodating.

I didnt like the fact that I had to park the car in a separate location since there parking garage was full

Great location, value, rooms, and breakfast. Loved the swinging chair too. Fabulous blow dryer!

Wish I could get the room colder without opening window. Window was good for blocking noise, but if open it wasn’t. Still. Would return!

Hotel in great location, able to walk out into the picturesque old town. Very good breakfast, lots of choice and good quality.

We stayed at the standard double room and it was perfect for my girlfriend and I. The room was super tidy, and wide enough for us and all our stuff (4 bags in total). The breakfast is fantastic, with a nice variety of cheese, a couple of beef slicers with ham and roast beef (deliciousness!), fresh orange juice and even prosecco if you feel into the mood. The Spa has three different types of sauna and there’s also an indoor pool which is a great place to relax after a day of ski. The staff was very nice as well, and we were actually quite surprised that someone could speak to us in spanish. The Hotel has an underground parking which was super convenient for us, not to have to go out in the chilling early morning when we went to ski nor having to wipe the snow on top of the car

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the expensive telephone bill charged after we had to make a call to the airline to fix an issue with our plane tickets. It was an international call indeed and lasted maybe around half an hour, but still 70 EUR felt like a lot of money!

Location is breathtaking. Rooms very well appointed. Spa & sauna so great after a dip in the cold. Breakfast at its best.

Breakfast was really good, and the accommodation was also.

The only thing that I suggest modifying is the temperature of the golden pool to be warmer, and adding a jacuzzi on the 6th-floor spa.

One of the best experience I had in Austria, This Hotel in the center of Innsbruck are truly remarkable,First you can park near by and they take part of the parking coast so that itself adds to the quality of service! The rooms, the details, the food.. everything exceeded my expectation, I would definitely go back, Thanks for everything!

View from room was not great. Supposed to be either an old town or courtyard but it was a 2nd floor view with that looked into the courtyard with an undesirable outlook ( ladders lying about) and the room had little natural light. Tried to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked.

Hotel location is the best, amazing view for the river and mountains, hotel vibes are so cozy. Pool area is so lovely and we enjoyed the warm atmosphere

Hotel was centrally located to the old town and restaurants. It was about a 16 minute walk to the Train station .The room was fine. We had a view of the river

By far the best hotel we've ever been in Innsbruck. Location is great. We were pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was nice and the room was absolutely amazing with huge attention to every detail. Nice swimming pool. The breakfast features high quality food with variety of options for everyone.

The location was excellent, best breakfast we had on our entire vacation. Bartender helped me get a little bag of ice for my sore back.
